Wait so even if I set up PS4 pro for pick up tomorrow at $350.Price will go back to $400 in the morning, if I go pick up?
 
I ordered a macbook pro from best buy(I guess they give for free the trend micro anti virus even though I will never use it, should have removed it before I ordered) about an hour ago I got an email from fed ex something being delivered this coming Friday from Solutions 2 Go..have absolutely NO idea what that could be..could only think of the macbook pro..is anyone familiar with Solutions 2 Go is this some kind of free software thing they are sending me?

And yeah my Walmart order for 2 video games is still at preparing, thought for a min it was them but its not

Forza Horizon 3, has the car pass, which is 6 sets of dlc car packs, the Vip pass which is some bonus cars and credit bonus. The hot wheels and blizzard mountain must be bought separately or the is an expansion pass that gives both. Even if you bought the Ultimate edition you have to buy the expansions.

That being said, got what I wanted this year, actually played 2 games I bought this year, much better than 1 game I bought last year
 
so seems best buy was smarter this year than last.. so cyber monday the GCU discount did apply but they raised all their prices / did not include most games lol :) good thing i bought on black friday

 
Other than at BB, anyone able to find Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy for $20 or Mario Party Star Rush for $16? BB is OOS near me on those.

Anyone ever use ancestory dna or the 23andme dna? They are both about half off now. 23andme require more than one kit for 50% off. (off topic/not gaming)

Just a friendly reminder to watch the Gamestop employee as he/she puts the used game in your case. I picked up Fallout 4, Alan Wake and a 360 wifi adapter on Friday only to discover Saturday evening that the Fallout 4 case had no game :shock:

Just a friendly reminder to watch the Gamestop employee as he/she puts the used game in your case. I picked up Fallout 4, Alan Wake and a 360 wifi adapter on Friday only to discover Saturday evening that the Fallout 4 case had no game :shock:

Same thing happened to me. Decided to get Collar X Malice "New" over the weekend and as he was putting a sticker on the case to call it new I asked him if he even put the game in. Looks in it and its empty. Turns around and grabs from the drawer an actual "sealed/new" copy and gives it to me instead.

Well the guy who checked me out looked like he had signs of PTSD, he kept walking around the store asking folks if they were OK even if he'd asked them before. The sad thing is he's the store manager.

I looked up the site immediately and said it was mostly about software so I was confused so I emailed them wanting to know what the heck I supposedly ordered..they emailed me back, saying they were affiliated with walmart.com and it is the Mario Rabbids Switch game I ordered which is weird because on walmart.com it still shows that order as processing, and I also ordered Forza 7 in the same order

 
5 days later my GameStop order hasn’t shipped.

They said on Saturday when I called it’s just waiting to be picked up by ups on Monday yet still nothing has changed, then again he also said I haven’t been charged when I clearly see it in my bank statement
 
You guys live near any high-volume Best Buys where they stock the vids aisles with rows and rows of PS4 and XB1 controllers right before Thanksgiving week?   What was most shocking to me was my store completely sold out of XB1 controllers and only had black PS4 ones left when I stopped in on Sunday.   They sold them all, like hundreds and hundreds of controllers in several different flavors.

I got charged for something via gamestop.com after it told me it didn't go through.  I have received nothing from them as it was a digital code, so I tried calling them and have been on hold for 1 hour and 19 minutes waiting for a human.  This is horrendous.

Do they have an online chat support or an email to contact them?

Trust me, I am learning this right now.

I called my credit card and they informed me it appears the two charges will go through, so I get to contest them most likely. This wait time is absurd. This is rivaling some of their awful customer service.

This is the error I got when trying to order from their site:

Undefined: OrderSubmissionError

Which would not let either of my attempted to purchase the items to go through two days ago.

I actually ended up spending a lot this year - $1200 for a OLED LG TV, $300 or so on pre-black friday games, a few amazon fire sticks for gifts, a 10" apple tablet as a gift, etc but it definitely felt like all the good deals happened BEFORE black friday, cyber monday was an utter trash day, and overall the deals felt pretty meh this year compared to last year.  There were definitely a LOT fewer glitches, only ones I can think of are

- $29 zelda BOTW explorers edition from walmart for like 15 mins, a $20 discount so not crazy or anything

- the $249 PSVR from nebraska, not sure if that will end up shipping or not

- minor best buy glitches where GCU stacked for like 3 mins on BF prices for a handful of games

- best buy and gamestop websites basically not functioning for 2-3 hours right when black friday started

There were a few I missed above I'm sure but nothing crazy like last year when best buy had rampant glitches, microsoft store was handing out $60 games with kinect sports 2, best buy had $25/100 visa checkout on cyber monday, and of course gamestop was still doing its nice points cut on Pro rewards which didn't happen this year.  

Overall signs that the economy is really strong, given how weak the deals were this  year.  Also best buy and gamestop both seemed to have stepped up their glitch pricing before release, although both still are terrible at actually keeping servers around during load.

 
Anyone have an extra copy of Titanfall 2 laying around?  Looking for the Deluxe Edition sealed for a gift since it was sold out everywhere near me at that $15 price point.

I got the same "Undefined: OrderSubmissionError" error when trying to checkout, but I unfortunately made the mistake of trying to use my trade credit on their site. They took out the credit twice and there's no record of an order being placed. I have to carve out some time to call their terrible customer service and hopefully get my credit back.

 
Throughout all of this, I was wondering why $40 was the lowest Marvel Vs Capcom Infinite hit, which it had lowered to a while before BF.

Other games released way after MvC were going for $25-$35.

I was thinking that the horrible reception and sales would have at least got Capcom to advertise it during BF.
 
Ended up getting 3 BotW explorer editions for $10 each, Walmart honored the pink sticker since it was with the DVDs. Bought Rayman Legends, DBZ Xeno 2, a 64GB card, band of brothers on blu-ray and an iPhone X leather case.

 
After previously going wild during previous BF sales, went really light this year.

Only bought 2 games and no blurays lol. I’ve been going digital with games for awhile now but just really started going digital with movies too only this year. Only got Disneyland Adventures and Injustice 2 and Hellboy add-on.

Almost got a PS4 Slim but didn’t because it would’ve collected dust because of a huge Xbox backlog. And the misses gave me a “we already have a tv upstairs we don’t use” comment, so I didn’t end up getting a cheap 4K HDR TV lol. But I did get a 2017 iPad 9.7 incher which pretty much makes it up.
 
The 199 PS4 with 50 gc from Gamestop, cheap injustice 2, blade runner 4k at 14.99, and a few other select items kept it  at a 3. No real glitches keeps it out of 4 or 5 contention.

Did you try Walmart.com? They had it for $14.99 on Monday. I was pissed because it was never in stock online or in-store as soon as the Thanksgiving Day deals started. I called Walmart Customer Service and gave them my order # and they are supposed to refund me $2.99 so I get the $12 price from the other day since I was never notified of it being restocked or available for purchase.

Yeah, it's only a few dollars but if I see the better deal I'm going to want it honored since it was impossible to obtain from the start.

Edit: Well this is just fucking great! Walmart cancelled my order after listing the item in stock for pickup and I bought this as a gift. What the hell is it with this game of all games never being in stock!? UGH.
