A: No one knows but here is a prediction list based on release / leaks in the last few years to give you an idea of possible release dates.

Q: When are stores open?
A: Look above for store times located next to store ads.

Q: Can I price match on Black Friday?
A: Price Matching differs from store to store. Here is the list of stores with if they PM or not on BF. You can also go here for further explanation on BF policy per store.

Q: Does Best Buy's GCU stack with Black Friday items?
A: No. GCU does not stacked with Black Friday items. Best Buy does have early Black Friday sales if you are an Elite / Elite Plus member. Sometimes it has shown to work within the early minutes of those early BF deals popping up. But it's YMMV.

Q: Does GameStop's Elite and Elite Pro stack with Black Friday items?
A: Yes but only for used items that will be in the ad.

The copper chef skillet arrived this morning from wm.  Diablo 3s Eternal are scheduled to arrive tomorrow. Looks like that's all I'm missing.

Everything else arrived the 27th or sooner. Just need to check email for the gs rebate.

Just missed out on wally world's cyber monday ps4 1tb spiuder + rdr2 + controller bundle $199.

 
Ordered WWE2K19 Deluxe from the 2K Store Thanksgiving morning which was supposed to arrive by last night, but now it's looking like Monday at the earliest as for some reason it's been ping ponging between two USPS locations in Nashville over the last four days. Hope it's not damaged. Really wish they had just allowed retailers to put their Deluxe Editions on sale as I would've received it within a couple days had it been Best Buy.

 
Ordered GOW and WWE2k19 from Walmart on the 21st and still says processing. Wwe said it would arrrive by the 27th and GoW says 12/4. When I chatted with Walmart they guaranteed it will all be here by the 4th. Crazy slow this year.
 
Last shipment from GS BF arrived today. Surprisingly theyre not the last, Ubi Store is, they fucked my order up and all I got was a fake tracking number.

Finally received my gamefly order from the black Friday sale and one game was missing a disk. Customer service gave a refund but I was hoping for a replacement.

A little mix of fortune and misfortune this week.

Target sent me the copy of Skyrim I ordered, but also included someone else's copy of Detroit: Become Human along with their order detail slip and usps label sticker inside the box still attached to the backing.

Gamestop on the other hand sent my games just fine, but I noticed looking at my order email that they charged me $8.99 for shipping even though I selected free shipping at checkout. I bought 3 games that totaled way more than their minimum for free shipping, so that's a bit puzzling. Of course they are not answering any of the emails I've sent and their seemingly responsive twitter support account hasn't responded to me at all.

So ultimately I guess I bought Detroit: Become Human for $8.99. Not a bad deal.

 
I just realized Best Buy never sent me one of my games: AC Odyssey for XBO. I ended up buying it digitally for $40 after I realized I don't want more physical games, so I forgot. Looking at the order history now, I ordered on 11/17, got a backorder email on 11/20, got a shipment email on 11/21, but the shipment was never picked up or dropped off at UPS or USPS....

Did you check both tracking number? One of my games has 2 tracking numbers, UPS and USPS, UPS never updated the tracking and it stay "Initiated" even after USPS delivered.

amazon f'd up my TR: Steelbook version. sent me a standard espanol copy and ask me to send it back and rebuy the SB version for $60 as replacement option wasn't avail. vocally voiced my opinion and then was told to just keep it. guess i got my x-mas gift early this year.

 
Since it’s story time, I have one from Target this past Monday. Not video game related, but...

So I know what the CM deal was with 15% off online only, but I found myself in store anyway to pick up a few groceries. I’ve had my eye on a cordless vacuum so I stop by to see if there are any sales (beyond 15% off). I overheard someone mention that the one I wanted was $150 cheaper online at Target.com, so I asked an associate if they could price match themselves. I didn’t say anything about 15% off - just matching their own online price. He quite rudely told me no and walked away. I was a little peeved at this point, so I pulled up their app to order it there for online pickup. I then picked it up and took it to guest services myself 😂

Well, apparently that isn’t how it works. And I get that - they have to fulfill it in their system. But you’d think they could make it right somehow so that their customer doesn’t have to drive back to the store 2 hours later to pickup the item that they readily have in stock. They tried - the guy I talked to told me to cancel my order and he’d price match it down, and even give me the 15% off from online. Good dude. Unfortunately, someone else overheard him talking to me and very quickly instructed him NO PRICE MATCHING ON CYBER MONDAY, NOT EVEN TARGET.COM. So I had to re-order it online and drive back to Target 2 hours later. By the time I got home, I got the pickup notification. I picked up presumably the exact same item I took up to guest services for them.

Just terrible customer service. I was not gaming any system whatsoever - this was a readily available deal I was just trying to take home with me instead of coming back for it on a special trip. I bitched to Target on Twitter but never got a response.
 
It seems like a lot of stores have been struggling this year. My minor issue is with GameStop, not surprising, right? But I hvae one more game of the six I ordered and it still hasn't even shipped.The estimated ship time was 24 hours, at least they are only off by like a week :p My bigger concern is with the TV I ordered. Sam's Club sent an e-mail last week with the freight company tracking info, but it still hasn't been picked up. Contacted the freight company, they say Sam's won't release it to them and to contact Sam's. I contacted Sam's several times which has not been helpful at all. The first guy assured me that it was arriving that day and for some reason they decided not to use the freight company and instead used USPS, it took me a while to get him to understand they were not delivering a TV that is over  100 pounds. The next person told me that it had been delivered already. And the third did as well, this is because Sam's changed the status to delivered once the Xbox from the bundle arrived. So the final guy said he would escalate the situiation and have someone contact me, still haven't heard back. It was supposed to come yesterday, so I worked my schedule around so I could receive it and nothing is happening. Had everyone I spoke too not thought it was delivered already, I wouldn't be as concerned. 

This didn't happen to me, but someone I knew ordered an apple watch from Target. Later the next day they got an e-mail saying the order was cancelled due to techincal difficulties. Many attempts talking to customer service got them nowhere and the compensation they were offered was 15% off a cafe item

 
I haven't received any of my black Friday orders even though USPS has them as delivered. My Xbox one X was supposedly handed directly to me on Thursday. Nothing out of the ordinary.
 
My dragon quest still hasn’t shipped and has been marked delayed. What’s the hold up Best Buy? It was due 2 days ago and hasn’t even shipped yet still in stock
 
One of my orders still has gotten here, it was shipped ups sure post and it was given to my post office but for some reason the status was "held by customer request" then the next day changed to "out for delivery" and has been in the "out for delivery" status for 4 days. I went to the post office today and they were incredibly unhelpful. Am I screwed?

That's different;

Nov 30, 2am, package is in the state to the east of my location.

Nov 30, 2:30pm, package is in the state to the west of my location. A total distance of 750ish miles.

All this for a couple of Diablo 3s from wally world.

I'll give them until the end of next week before I call them. Luckily this is a Christmas gift so I didn't need it right away. In the future, I'll just order from Amazon when they pm (assuming GS has a future after their third quarter losses report).

 
Called gs to see what's up with God of war order. I had 0 notifications about it for over a week. I then get the same email about there's no need to call lol.
Come to find out the store afterwards that the store had some in stock but still had me place the Web in store order for some reason.

Mine was the same. Ended up calling Best Buy and they sent another out since that one was apparently lost. I would contact them if I were you.

 
For those of you who order from GameStop, received a tracking # for a package that's still "awaiting pick up" by USPS 5 days later, did your stuff ever get delivered?

Kind of a very specific situation/question, I know, but thought I'd try before I probably, inevitably contact their near worthless support.

I haven’t had that issue with GameStop. They just haven’t sent my last game at all. That’s where I’m stuck with the tv I ordered from sams club though. After many attempts with them they have finally told me that the tv sold out during Black Friday (mind you it was available for several days after the sale started) so it’s stuck in limbo. They said I ordered early enough that I have a tv waiting they just need to work on the computer system to let the package go so the freight company can pick it up. It has been rather frustrating dealing with them. It was the bundle and they keep telling me I received it already because the Xbox was delivered. I’m just hoping I still get it and before Christmas.
 
Issue report:
- my ps4 slim Spider-Man bundle was lost by FedEx. Walmart gave me a $110 gift card to order the one for $300 from antonline third party seller on walmart.com ($100 to cover the difference in price and $10 for the extra tax)
- my Best Buy Assassin's Creed Odyssey had been marked as shipped since 11/20, but they never shipped it. They gave me a $5 cert and updated the delivery timeline to December 21st
- all GameStop orders arrived with no problems!

Have you entered the tracking number to UPS? They used them to transport my package to my PO.

 
All I'm missing from my bf online orders are 2 shipments from gs that were placed before bf lol.
A shirt I never received from a previous order and 2 ps4 games .

I ordered mine along with Detroit as soon as it went live and God of War still did not ship. I only recieved Detroit which was yesterday. It's like this was Gamestops 1st Black Friday they just did moon out handle it very well.
