ARRRGH. I don't know why, but I can't get Walmart's site to work for me. I can view the games and the prices they're at, but I can't add them to my cart.

 
Well I got the last copy of the Lord of the Rings Trilogy and Rio from the Walmart I stopped at.  Also grabbed Hellboy 2 and Serenity since they were in these fairly neat comic style steelbooks and only $4.  I do have to say for all the crap Walmart takes (rightfully so) about the tramplings that rolling in there an hour after the sale started it was one of the smoothest and best handled BF sales I've ever been to.

Now to decide how many years of PS+ I'm buying.  Right now I'm leaning towards 3-5.

 
its nice to get shopping done before 5 AM but lets hope it doesnt keep getting earlier. Its been sooner the last 3 years at everywhere but gamestop

I can't find anywhere this was covered, so sorry if it's been clarified already... Does anyone know if the $20 GC at target for assassin's creed is given with the PS4 version? The black friday ad does not specify a platform, but the website indicates it on the older ones, but not PS4/XB1.

This, I completely forgot about it until like 2 hours ago. Would really like it for that price, if not I'll stroll in the store tomorrow and see if they have any left. Hopefully theres not alot of people with good taste around here.

 
I started at Walmart and none of the $25 games were on the sales floor but all the $10, $15 and $20 games were out so I picked up Oblivion, Tomb Raider and Twisted Metal along with a buttload of $1.96 and $3.98 DVDs and Blu-Rays. I put those in the car and then I went back in for Super Mario 3D Land and waited almost 30 minutes to get rung up. The Blus and DVDs were by far the best deal at WM. Would have bought Animal Crossing but those games are a big time sink.

Then, I went into Target and scored a couple of $10 games and clearance games. The Xbox Live 3 month card wouldn't ring for $10 so I just passed because the associate and manager were especially rude. I did get a $15 copy of Angry Birds Trilogy for Wii U, a steelbook copy of Django on Blu-Ray for $9 and Pacific Rim on Blu-Ray for $6.

And I'm only my way to a midnight opening at GameStop for PS+ cards, Xillia, Xenoblade and Jak & Daxter Vita. Hopefully I'll get out of there without getting robbed.
 
I jumped on the Toys R' Us promotion that I listed awhile ago in this thread. The Buy 1 game get 1 40% off. On top of that, it came with a $10 Gift Card. Not a bad deal at all for new games on a week old console lol!

I don't want to go there tomorrow so I'm going to order them online tonight but hopefully they offer physical cards because they're a lot easier to keep track of when waiting to redeem them than digital codes.

 
I know me and atleast two other people were wondering but Tales of Xillia showed up as $20 about 10 minutes ago.

Came out to ~$25 after shipping and tax, wasn't worth it to try to find a filler just for free shipping.

Man, what a successful BF so far.  I got MLB and TLOU at Walmart this morning for the BF prices, then nabbed both of them on Amazon's lightning deals (where I have credit) so can return the Walmart copies later, then had no issues getting several Blu's at Walmart and Target tonight while out with my girlfriend. Got:

Reports are coming in that all Wii U systems are ringing up $249.99 in store @ Target including the Zelda Wii U and Mario Wii U bundles. Damn it sucks to be broke.

 
Waitin in line at gamestop, just got a ticket for the ps4.. about 40 people here, think they had about 20 ps4s.. only had 3 people waiting for the one.
 
Really disappointed with Walmart today. The line outside the store was monstrous. Waited for 2 hours in the freezing cold just to get in (so say goodbye to that 1 hour guarantee they touted) and then walked in and there were giant lines just to get various items. They had a stack of 360s at one area and the guy working there wouldn't let anyone just grab one and keep shopping. Nope! You had to wait in line while what seemed like a trainee rang people up VERY SLOWLY. Stood there for another hour just to pick up a console. Most of the staff were bumbling about like idiots without a clue as to what they were doing. Nobody seemed to know where anything was. Couldn't find any games at all. Pretty much everything I went there to get was sold out. What a cluster fuck . 

Big middle finger to Walmart for wasting my  fuck ing time. They were not prepared at all. Next year I'm shopping online and spending a few extra bucks. Big  fuck ing deal. They ruined my Thanksgiving dinner this year for no reason.
