Haven't seen this posted, so I thought I'd do it.

I just got back from a local Blockbuster and noticed an awesome sign on the front. It said Buy any previously viewed movie or video game and get 50 percent off the sticker price. Obviously, this is one deal you can't pass up.

Games I saw that I can remember:
Simpson's Hit & Run (PS2) originally priced at $14.99 - $8.50 after deal
Castlevania: Lament of Innocence (PS2) originally priced at $19.99 - $10 after deal
Mace Griffin (PS2) originally priced at $14.99 - $8.50 after deal
Several Xbox, PS2 and Cube sports titles priced at $19.99 - $10 after deal

There were a lot more, and this was just a small Blockbuster I happened to go by, but I drove by a bigger Blockbuster on the way home and saw the same sign so, this should be a national deal going on.

Good luck guys, and post any games that you get through this deal here.

I plan to go pick up a few tomorrow.

Just called my blockbuster here in Orlando Fl, stated no such deal going on here. Must only be hapening up north.

He is unable to fully process the thoughts "My enemy has given up" and "My enemy has been defeated" or "My enemy has accepted defeat" into one or more coherent sentences. So thus, you get "My enemy has given defeat." He might be related to the All your Base Are Belong To Us guy. I'm sorry but there's no spell check to fix that... lol

Grave Addiction is my enemy. He left while means I won the argument. I am better then him. He is a puss he gave me the white flag. So this means I am the better person and I should be rewarded for my victories.

Good point, sorry. There's really not much to say other than that a select few Blockbuster locations are having 50% off used games and movies, without having to buy one at full price. You'd have to call them to find out if it's going on....

let this be a lesson to all those parents out there, don't let your kid be unsupervised on the internet. He doesn't have to make an ass of himself, but given the chance, he will.

Anyway this deal would be awesome if true, but it sounds like its very limited.
And grave_addiction rocks, almost as much as cheapassgamer.com, so this kid can keep throwing his temper tantrum all he wants..

There is only BBV where I live and they are not running this sale and have never heard of it. Tommorrow I am going to town (Tucson, AZ) for a couple of hours and since there are like 3 BBV in a 2 mile radius maybe I'll have some luck (from the 2 phone calls I made I got No no it's BOGO 50% and no never heard of it so I'll just go see for myself)

Well, my brother today are going to go out on a BB hunt today in Ft. Worth and some of the surrounding cities. I'm hoping they will have this deal down here, too.

If so, I plan on buying even more great games. My biggest dissapointment, though, is that someone picked up Castlevania on PS2 before I had the chance to snag it.

I think that your mind can not fully comprehend the fact that I was bored with arguing with you and chose to just ignore your idiotic rants.

If you hate CGA so much, why do you continue to come here? Why don't you go over to Team Xbox "where all the cool people are" like you said? Trust me, this site will go on without you, and I doubt anyone will miss you.

The fact that you seem unable to write a well-thought-out and correct sentence makes me really doubt you are a college graduate. Maybe you went to school at the University of Chihuahua in Mexico, though. If that's the case, I can understand you being unable to fully grasp the English language.

Ok let me put my two cents in since I know Grave personally.

Starman you continue calling him a 15-year-old even though it has already been determined that he is in the Air Force(As I am too) Last I checked we didn't allow people in at that age. And you joining the Army is your own damn fault sure things are easier in the Air Force but we have a different way of fighting. I'm on my way to Baghdad myself on Monday so does that make me a fat slob as well.
So anyways I'm calling BS on Starman being in the Army he is too fricking ignorant about how the military works to have been in.
Chris you should go back to your old avatar it was funny and good ownage on the schmuck. If you want to make fun of Grave you should make fun of his horrible taste in sports teams and his bad betting choices when it comes to them

The Blockbusters in Ft. Worth didn't have them. All they had was the BOGO deal. I guess I'm going to have to buy me some more games when I get back home, though.

harry potter. stay away from TDAT...rent it to watch the 20 minutes of neat special effects and fast forward through the othe hour and 40 minutes of crap

This has gotta be YMMV. I went to 2 Blockbusters; one was doing the sale and is now completely sold out, but another one didn't know wtf i was talking about.
