Bush or Kerry?

C'mon now. The van is OBVIOUSLY belongs to a Bush supporter! Republicans are up to a lot of dirty tricks this election year. Though I am sure there are a lot of uneducated people voting for either party.

Wait a minute, wait a minute. Let's review...

A democrat in Congress puts forward a bill calling for the return of the draft. Kerry threatens America that Bush is trying to bring back the draft. Republicans force a vote and all vote against it to prove themselves...and who neglects to even case a vote? The democrat who authored the bill in the first place.

Then you have the Democratically-led effort to split Colorado's electoral votes up so it's not an all-or-nothing process in Colorado. Let's see, why didn't they try that in California???

And let's not forget the phone calls many residents have been getting that says their sons/daughters were killed in Iraq - followed by a message "This could happen to you if you vote for Bush."

Who is up to dirty politics?

Phone calls residents get saying that their sons/daughters were killed in Iraq, followed by a message "This could happen to you if you vote for Bush"? And you seriously think democrats are doing this? Don't you think people would be pissed off at whoever was toying with them in this way and be more likely to vote for the other guy?

It should be this way in every state, the all or nothing rule is anti-democracy.

Speaking of dirty politics, how about the Bush's administration losing tons of explosives and their campaigns only response is "Look there were some weapons, Sadam was dangerous." What about the fact that oil fields were secured but these explosives that are not, and now they are being used to kill our soldiers.

wow this thread derailed. No mention of video games for quite a few posts.
I guess it was too much to ask for a light hearted vs. thread to stay on topic.

I like people who make up their minds early and never change it.

I.E. Black's should still be slaves- that is consistant non flip flopping thinking.

The world is flat- Again, realizing that it is round would be changing one's mind

Women should not have equal rights- again, bad idea- changing the way you think.

Birth control and condoms are bad- don't flip flop there!

Aids is a gay only virus- again don't flip flop, don't change your mind.

And so on.

I want to vote for a politician who makes up his mind early, does not listen to reason, and uses "faith" to make choices- Gee- I'll cross the road in the middle of traffic because my faith say's its the right thing to do.

I voted for Bush simply because his IQ is higher. Anyone willing to do a little research can verify this fact as pointed out in one of Kerry's recent interviews where he got mad and flip-flopped by saying he doesn't know how anyone received that information...his records are sealed.

Ok back on track, I say we have them play Mickey Mouse Capade and best overall time to compelte the game wins, and I do not want to see any of that Leave Minnie on the same level as the boss so Mickey can not take damage cheating.

www.punkvoter.com lol
I have seen less commercialism and organization on www.mtv.com. How very anti punk in its implementation. Did the dnc create that website to reach the "angry youth" ?

They should schedule an arena type gameshow for bush and kerry and they each pick their best games to play vs. each other. It would be interesting to see what they choose. I bet kerry is a closet MK fan and bush secretly loves using god mode on command and conquer.

Bush's... intelligence... level... higher... then... Kerry's?

Brain is about to explode. Cannot comprehend the sheer stupidity in that sentence. Must... self-destruct.

No, Fat Mike from NOFX created it. The only game Bush would probably be good at would be Leisure Suit Larry or BMX XXX.

Bush intelligent?

The only real difference between George Bush and John Kerry is motivation. Bush needed a job, and fell into the "family business". Kerry has been trying to become the perfect politician since he was in high school.....if Bush is naieve, Kerry is a power-hunter.

For what its worth, i'd rather see Bush fall off a Segway than watch John Kerry snowboarding with his rad self ;)

And given a game between the two, Bush would lose....Kerry would win......then Kerry would hold a rally to promote his winning. Then two weeks later hold a rally denouncing the level of violence in Video Games. ;)

This is why I fear Democrats in office. It's not so much your politics, its that you can't understand the need to base your thoughts and actions on facts. It terrifies me that so many people base their beliefs about Bush (and Kerry) on the stereotypes that the media has allowed the opposition to perpetuate.

My biggest problem with this thread is that everybody who hates Bush so much can't give anything more than vague generalizations (He's stupid, he's screwed up in Iraq, he's a liar). This is the same reason I fear Kerry. So far all he's told us is "I support abortion", "I support all forms of stem-cell research", and "I accuse Bush of XYZ".

By the way, Bush has made mistakes in Iraq. Name ONE President who has ever fought the perfect war. Anybody remember NORMANDY? When the air-support missed their target by several miles and thousands of Americans were slaughtered when they hit the full force of the Nazi resistance on the beach? I guess that was the President's fault too.

Criticism is easy. Both sides can do it. What else do you have?

By the way, I totally love that for the first time in my brief lifetime the Democrats can't accuse their opponent of having an "easy life" where they didn't have to work for their money because Mr. Kerry married a multi-millionaire.

So, does anybody have anything good to say about Kerry? Specifics? Can you name anything he stands for other than hating Bush? Anyone know of one specific plan he intends to use to lead America?

Here's a whole thread that addresses that.

So are you trying to saying that Bush could beat Kerry in a multiplayer round of Medal of Honor?

This whole statement is proved to be false, because you said Bush's IQ was higher. Also only dumbasses like President Bush use the stupidass phrase "flip-flopped". Thanks.
Actually the flip flip phrase used several times in the media before Bush ever used it, I remember it in the opinion sections of newspapers going back to when Kerry and co were just coming to national attention and your reasoning zewone is as stupidassed as the rest of your post.
looks like most people prefer Kerry! 83 votes
To bad half the people in this forum can't vote and most of the rest are to misinformed to know what is going on (the democrats are imposing the draft, not republicans).

Given that Kerry is the only one to reject his country's medals, which he received by nominating himself mind you, and condemn his fellow soldiers in war, I think you are just a partisan ass.

So you complain about Democrats basing there stereotypes on information the media has given them and then you go ahead and stereotype all Democrats on basing their opinions on emotions and not facts. Seems pretty hypocritical to me.
