guess what? my 360 decided to stop playing Third Strike today! :lol:

I'm getting a replacement tomorrow. a 360 that doesn't play 3rd strike is a broken 360 to me :)

My game just came in today - too bad I'm too late~!

Edit: Quick question, my copy of SFAC came in today and only contain one dvd. I realized that it comes with a movie, so does that mean the movie is on with the game or is it a separate dvd?

I think it's in the options menu. it also has all redeeming factors removed (Chun li nekkid, violence, subs)

my 360 decided to read Street Fighter again, so hopefully it'll be fine tomorrow.
 
Select Hyper SFII then go to the Gallery mode. The movie is there in all it's cencored glory.
 
Ugh, sorry Mafia--I didn't realize my connection was so horrible. Thanks a lot for staying up late to hook up for our match! I think you took one for the team there. ;)

As far as the lag, it was like playing in a stop-motion animated film. GG, but I can tell even with the lag that you're much better than me, so my one win was a fluke.

No prob. I'm unemployed right now so I had no excuse not to get the match in.

As far as the lag, it could have been my end as much as yours. I actually lost connection twice tonight while passing the time. There's no telling where the lag was coming from tonight. I don't think either of us was able to show true form.

Hopefully lag on both end improves. Wouldn't mind facing you later on. Good luck.

I will have to forfeit my match to SmallWind due to not being able to play at all on Sunday... I will be out the whole day.... I should have planned in advance, but my daughter has been ill the past few days... I apologize :(

But we did have a friendly match, if anyone is interested I recorded it, and yes he beat my Chun Li...

Aww, I'm sorry to hear that. I would've liked to play against someone who uses Hugo simply because I like the variety.

Well, guess I'm going to the next round, though I would've preferred to earn my spot there.
 
and to continue the series of untimely fuck ups, the wi-fi connection I use for my 360 is down in my building today. since it's Sunday, it probably won't be fixed until tomorrow.

If it works after I get home from work today, I'll play my match, if not, it'll have to be tomorrow or a forfeit.

Apokalipse and I had our rounds.

if it was 2 out of 3, he won. If it was 3 out of 5, I won.

great matches either way. I think every one went to the 3rd round and we had a bunch of very close ones.
 
...and it was first to 2. Apokalipse stopped using his main after the first 3 matches, so the last two were just for fun.

so he wins- 2 to 1.

Arikado wins 2-0 in some insane lag.

That was real tough to play, hopefully we can get some matches in under better conditions sometime, seems like you're a little better than me, but the matches would be fun with minimal lag.

I can tell your Q is pretty good. Which is excellent since Q is legendary.

Yeah, the connection here where I'm at for the week is really, really spotty. If you want, you can take my spot in the next round if that's cool with everyone else. The connection here just isn't good enough to play 3s in.

If you want, whenever I get back home to my stable connection, I'll play you again just for fun.

Anytime you're up for some more matches, let me know. I need to get back into this game, and usually when I play someone random they're way too good at the game and I get slaughtered.
 
First round is done! I'll get next weeks matches up a little earlier in the week to give you guys time to get them in by Sunday night.
