CAG Burnout Paradise PS3 Night [6/14 @ 3PM - 9PM EDT ]

I might join in tonight, though timed challenges are crazy-difficult with a party of more than 3 people.
I do however want to see Freaky and Creid battle to see who's better in Burnout though.

Does anyone have any good recommendations for gaming routers for DSL? Preferably ones that don't require port triggering for NAT 2. This is obviously so I can join in the next Burnout Paradise event.
 
I had a problem with 10 timed road rules not registering either. I had done like 22 and nothing. Had to start a new save and get 10 then it registered, and now I'm back to my old new save.

same exact thing happened to me and thats what ill be doing tonight.
 
The Burnout game I played with Smog, Buddah, Stranded, etc. was so funny. That one kid was the most annoying I ever came across on PSN. He actually believed Smog had over 8000 trophies. :lol:

I checked gamefaqs about it too and so far the only way to get the trophy is to back up old game and start a new one just for that trophy. Then reload the old save. I don't mind doing that if anyone is committed to just getting the 10 time trial trophy or I could wait and see what criterion is going to do. Since I and mana already have 10+ on time trials.
 
Someone said that they got it with 5 Car and 5 Bike Challenges. So...maybe you need at least 1 of each or something? Kind of like the Challenges. Everyone needs to do their part.

EDIT: Only need to get the Burnout License and 10 Freeburn challenges to get the Platinum. Problem is I still have NAT3 atm (dumb DSL modem) so I can't get that.
 
The only trophy is timed that I need..which sucks. But trying the 5 timed for bikes guess try that too. Doesnt hurt since I want to get my 101% for bikes.
 
The bikes are really cool. If only there were more of them. Also, it'd be cool if you could mix and match between bikes and cars...and planes?

Seriously, if planes came, it'd be awesome. And if you could mix and match, griefing with planes :)

I THINK there might be more bikes because there's supposedly a new island coming out. Free or not I don't know. As fun as using the bikes, I hope they add more challenges/trophies for them.

Hehe I know the feeling mana. But we'll see, hopefully they fix it soon or something rather than creating another new game just for it.
 
I don't think I'll ever get the 10 Timed Challenges gold trophy, not cause it's glitched for me but cause no challenges ever get finished in the sessions I've had. :lol: Everyone on my friends list already have that trophy...:bomb:

Anyways, I'm having trouble finding all the events, there's a road rage near the Wildcats stadium that doesn't want to show up.:whistle2:?

Hmmm, maybe we can try to get those timed challenges Stranded. 2 player timed challenges don't seem too difficult.

You just need a good car for it, and if you restart your game (deleting a game save), doing it might be pretty hard. I didn't get that trophy so I don't have much of a choice.
 
hmm...a bunch of us did the barrel roll with the first car we got when BP PSN edition came out that night. Ask freaky!

So I was thinking for tomorrow's run...anyone game to get the stupid "10 timed" trophies? I don't mind starting a new save for it. If not I'm game for anything else to complete. I think I need to complete one set of freeburn on bikes to get 101%.

Anyway, Burnout Paradise is STILL on for tomorrow. I want to remind everyone this again.
 
I'd be game for the 10 timed trophies.

I'm having the same problem as you mana. I got 10 but didn't register. So if we do do the challenges then I'll start a new save.
 
Maybe I should host a game for those who need the timed challenges, where we all start a new save together or something? IMO, we should all start from scratch together, and make sure it works for all of us at once.
 
I'll join in on the trophy chase too. I think I have 3 timed challenges completed, not sure if I should do the same and start the timed challenges off with a new save.
 
Doing timed's with a lot of people of varying skills is tough, though. I'm still at 8 so not sure if I've got the bug. Think I may have a PS Eye by tomorrow, though.
 
I've never touched the online part to Burnout Paradise. Can I search and find the Tuesday night game or does someone have to invite me via friend list or something?
