CAG Burnout Paradise PS3 Night [6/14 @ 3PM - 9PM EDT ]

Same here.. I'm torn between the two. I'll be starting a new save as well since my HDD swap didn't include a successful backup/restore. I had fun doing this online with random people, I imagine it'd be better with CAG members.
 
I suggest doing the timed challenges with people you know. I did it last week and you always have one guy just driving around not doing them. You of course boot them from the room and they enter back in and just keep driving and driving......
 
I'd be up for it afterwards. After half an hour you pretty much know how the debate turns out, but I'll probably be on afterwards. 10:30pm EST?
 
I'm not sure about hosting later, but someone else can. Usually I'm doing nothing, but I have driving lessons at 10am tomorrow (gotta get up at 8:30am at least since I live 30 minutes away from the place). :whistle2:| My Burnout driving skills help me in the real world. ;)
 
If I played tonight (still on NAT3) since I can't talk to people, would people be willing to send me messages so I know what's going on?
 
I'm going to go for the timed trophy, I'm not sure how many other people are going for the trophy too.
 
I think having 3-4 work together to try to get that trophy may work.

I'll talk to Freaky and Synical on PSN closer to the time of Burnout and we'll decide. This week, I won't really call it a real Burnout night thanks to the Presidential debate. I may allow for another Burnout night on Sunday of next week to make up for this.

Is that the one by the auto repair shop? If so, go onto I-88 and its a toll booth check point.

Same here. I managed to team up with Buddah after the debate and have reverted back to my old save as well. But if people still need the timed challenges I'll be up for helping out. :D
 
I need only 3 Trophies until 100%. I got my Platinum trophy earlier because...somehow..even with a NAT 3, I can talk and hear people. :confusedashell:

My buddy just got a PS3 and Paradise. Evern though I have much more experience than him, he keeps taking me down usually at a 2:1 pace. He seems to win nearly every head on collision and even if i have bigger, stronger car.

Any hints on how to help me even the score? Thanks!

OK, here's another one . . .

I play Paradise with a Logitech Driving Force Pro. It works ok. Anyone who uses a wheel know how to pull wheelies on a cycle? If it can be done I can't figure it out.

Little Help. I saw in a FAQ about the prodcut sponsor cars and it says this:
How to unlock: Under sponsor product code in the pause menu, enter "Gamestop".
You must have an A class license or better to use this car.

Ive entered it multiple times even with the quote marks and nothing. What the hell is up with the code not working? I have an A Lic BTW
 
I just got this game and I look forward to joining Burnout night! I want to achieve the 100% Trophy completion so bad! Any tips and help will be grateful. (hint to manaknight or anyone) who host a Burnout event please AIM me! Kandal978
 
Finally got my Platinum trophy. Switched back to my original save, where I don't have the "10 miles online w/ 8 people" Paradise reward anymore. I'll probably stick with 87% trophies or whatever I have now until the next DLC comes out.
 
To let everyone know, the game for tonight can still go on, but I may not host after what I found out today (saving it for a blog entry). I'm sorry but it's just a really bad time.

If people rather we wait until Tuesday to play, that's fine too.
 
I'm going to play tonight if you guys are having it. Even though I have a NAT 3, I want to play. For some reason, it allows me to talk in Burnout Paradise. I don't know why.

I probably shouldn't be the one hosting since my buddy list just filled up again.:whistle2:( But I'll try to arrange something. I can wait until 9pm EST if people prefer that.
 
I'm in barring unforeseen circumstances @ 8. What are the odds of us all getting to the stadium at one point so those of us without it, can get the trophy? :D

I'm up for helping for people with any Trophy related stuff, as long as we do some freeburn challenges along the way (preferably easy ones).
 
LOL.. of course unforeseen circumstances have arisen. We'll be getting a queen size bed from people we know that live upstairs in our apartment building to replace our full size sometime tonight. I'm still in to play but I'll have to leave to take care of it at some point. (Save my spot?)

If someone has hone, freakyzeeky, Smog, StrandedBrit, etc. on their friends list, they can join in through me. I can add one more for sure.

EDIT: KingBroly sent me a friend request, and I sent one to Gubermonster. I had someone I could remove very easily.

In the future, I plan to make a PSN-ID specifically for game nights.
