[CAG Game Group]R6V2 - Add: CAG R6V2 / Gaming Night: Wednesdays @ 9PM EST
Should be here tomorrow and hopefully I can get it sent out on Friday. Hopefully I'll only miss one week or so.
Yea, I hope the turnaround is quick. I saw ViP online last night and he just sent his in a week or so ago, so maybe their turn around time is improving?
Sorry I didn't make it tonight. A friend of mine from my work was having computer problems so I went to his place after work to get it working and didn't get home until after 2 a.m.
It's ok man, catch us next Wednesday or send me an invite if you are looking to play this next week. Last night's games got me back into this game!
Thanks for letting me play tonight. It was a blast. Sorry I had to bail so quick, but wife and kids got home and needed me upstairs right away.
No problem, thanks for hopping into the games last night. We had a nice group of CAGs together for R6V2 night. Got into a room with some randoms and showed them who was boss for most of the night. :D

I think I'm going to be playing this tonight again if anyone is interested. I'll send out some invites when I get online.

Also ViP, I saw you online last night playing NHL? Did you get your 360 back?

Finally if you haven't picked this game up yet, it is supposed to drop to $40 next week at GS, so you have no excuses to not pick it up and join us on Wednesday nights! ;)

Yea, I definatly enjoyed this and will have to join in on subsequent weeks. Wish I knew about it before .It's something to take my mind off of working to get 500 ranked wins in GH3.

I am going to try to make it next week. I had moving and other things come up in life, but I'm getting settled and would love to get back in with the group. I know the old RB6:V group was great and I loved hosting those matches back then. Hope to see you all next Wednesday.

Nah, I was at my best friends house. My mem card is that awesome. :p Anyway, I don't expect my 360 back til a month later really. Anything less and I'll be impressed. Anything more and if I didn't have a ps3 would be pretty annoyed.

Yea, the R6V nights we used to have were one of the first times I gamed with CAGs, and probably the reason that I prefer to game only with CAGs now. Hopefully you are able to make it for next week. Unfortunately we haven't been able to get too many CAG vs CAG matches in R6V2, but as long as we get a decent CAG team together to take on randoms, I'm cool with that!

Same here. I really can not stand the majority of Live users. Every once and a while I'll come across someone cool, but its really best with friends. Everyone we had back during the original RB6:V nights was great and we played to have fun instead of complaining about teammates stealing kills and shouting racial slurs the whole time. Even if its just T-hunts, its something to look forward to again.

Yea, I wanted to play last night after the CAGs night on Wednesday got me back into wanting to play this game, so I hop into team leader and its typical XBL BS.

Room 1 - Team leader runs right into the middle of the map and gets killed in 10 seconds. This happens again in the next game, so I look for a new room.
Room 2 - Bunch of 10 year olds yelling/screaming/singing/dropping the n-bomb/MF all the like. drop out after 1 game.
Room 3 - Play one game and get kicked by the host. (which personally drives me insane. If you dont want to play with randoms, make the room PRIVATE. :bomb:
Room 4 - Kicked before anything even loads.
Room 5 - I think Hitler and the Nazi Youth were on the one team based on what was said about race/religion in the pregame lobby. Dropped out immediately
Room 6 - I finally find a decent room with people who know how to play the game and communicate like adults.

All the time I was wishing it was next Wednesday already!

Yea, finding random games is tough. As you know from Wednesday, I love to talk in-game, and just have a hard time playing the game when others on my team are not communicating. I miss the days of organized gaming when I'd play for hours upon end with friends.

Agreed about people not communicating. I know we all have our moments where we're not going to be talking, but having a 5 on 5 battle where no one is communicating is awful. Why not just go in and play non-team games instead (most of which comes from people just wanting wins and not being able to keep up individually). It'll be great though having the CAGs to play along with again......its been FAR too long. What kind of settings have we been using for the CAG nights?
Welp got it back today, both controllers have been at a friends house though so can't play. :(

I'll be ready to play this wed.! :p
Nice, glad to hear you will be back on the squad! Reminder to all CAGs, we are playing R6V2 tomorrow at 9pm EST. I will host and send invites to all CAGs online on the CAG R6V2 friends list and my own friends list.

If you want to play with the CAGs send a FR to GT - CAG R6V2

See you tomorrow! :bouncy:
I'll be there tonight after my usual guitar hero gig. Can't wait to get some good games going.
Yea, hopefully we can get enough people together to get some CAG v CAG matches tonight. If not, we'll just put our best and brightest CAGs up against the worst that XBL has to offer! :applause:

Yes, hilarious indeed. Best room we've had thus far (only been in 2). Will definatly join next week.

For those of you that missed it and have nothing else better to do next Wednesday, you NEED to get in on this. Us CAG's know how to have a good time!

Sorry I had to drop out last night. Fighting a cold and my coughing was killing me (that was the reason I kept my mic off). Hopefully will be up to speed next week and cough free.

That sucks man, I wondered why you had dropped out so quickly. I thought maybe it was something I said!

Well I must agree with Shadow & ViP about last night. Had an absolute blast! I picked up my 1000th kill and we perfected the speed rush to the extraction point at The Villa. :D I wasn't counting but in the last 30 or so games I think we were something like 27-3 with most games ending in 30 seconds or less. Most games we only had 1 or 2 total kills as a team too. That other team kept leaving the extraction wide open. After we won 5 or 6 in a row you would think they would have realized what our strategy was and stayed put! Oh well! The best part was the typical 10 year olds bitching about us extracting when we are playing TEAM LEADER.

I am only 47k shy of elite now. The new A.C.E.S. makes this levelling up go much quicker.

Thanks also to Dark Tower and Vaancor for playing. CAGs FTW!

Catch everyone next Wednesday!

That was great last night. The constant rush to the extraction was hilarious. It took them so long to have even one guy stay behind. I normally haven't played team leader because it sucks with a team of randoms but I will sure play with CAGs.
Why aren't you there already? :p

I actually have jumped in and out playing this since it came out. I beat the game quickly finished off my A.C.E.S. and stopped playing for a bit because CAGs weren't playing it. Finally got back in with some CAGs and finished off most of the achievements then stopped again as people went onto other games. As you know the weekly game has been hit or miss since we started them up again a couple months ago, but the Free DLC seems to have convinced CAGs to start playing again. The past two weeks were great games.

R6V was the first game I started playing wth CAGs, but people didn't really start playing in the CAG group until the game had been out for a while and the DLC packs came out. That was Pre-Halo, Pre-CoD4 & Pre-GTAIV so who knows if this game will have the legs. The recent price drops should help and some additional DLC would be even better.

With these new A.C.E.S. ranks it shouldn't take too long to finish up so maybe I'll grind out the last 47K this weekend! :applause:
So besides the gift pack, are there any other maps to download?
Yea, there are these two other maps to download:

Comcast/MLG Map
Step 1: Go to the Main Menu of ‘Rainbow 6: Vegas 2’.
Step 2: Select “Extras”.
Step 3: Select “Comcast Gift”.
Step 4: Enter the code “Comcast Faster” when prompted and enjoy the new multi-player map, ‘Comcast Event’, the next time you play.

Streets Multiplayer Map
Step 1 Go to Main Menu of Vegas 2
Step 2 Select "Extras"
Step 3 Log into your UBI account via menu
Download and play.

I will be online and hosting Wednesday at 9pm EST. See everyone then! :bouncy:
I'll try to be on tonight, but I am expecting company so it may have to wait till next week. If I get the chance, I'll see you all tonight.
Ok, hope you are able to make it. I only have 47k left to hit Elite and I'm doing it tonight! ;)

We have had a good group of CAGs the past couple weeks, but if anyone just picked this game up or wanted to get back into playing the online modes, the CAG night is a great way to jump back into R6V2! :applause:

I'll be setting up a room between 8-9pm EST tonight and we'll start the official CAG games around 9 when we get enough people.

If you want in on the action send a FR to CAG R6V2 and we'll see you online tonight! :bouncy:

I'll be at my friend's house and we might be playing RSV2 so I may be a little late.

It's too bad RSV2 doesn't have online play for multiplayers on one 360, like say in Halo 3.

Wow i guess people really did just stop playing this game online huh.. oh well i'll add the CAG just to see

bread's done
