Rocket matches are the only times I turn friendly fire on. :cool:

I'm all for the occasional teamkill via huge explosion and general mayhem, as long as it doesn't turn into spawn camping or some match-long vendetta.
 
We should do something at the old smallpox hospital on Colony Island...we've really only used it once, I think, and it's a very cool part of the city.
 
Is that the place I got stuck inside last week? It was one of the checkpoints for the cannonball and after I went inside to explore, I couldn't find a way out so I just beat up the two bums inside.

Oh cmon now...match long vendettas are fun and good stress relievers.

Like the other night when some d-bag turned on autoaim at the airport and I kept grabbing a chopper and hitting him with my blades.

Of course, one of the other d-bags on his team happened to know how to glitch inside the giant hangar by where the Annihilators spawn at the airport(kind of like the airport terminal glitch). He could shoot out and kill us the entire match, but we couldn't touch him at all.

This game still has some SERIOUS issues and I wish they'd fix them, but Rockstar is already focusing on their next million seller and won't bother trying to fix the rampant glitches in this game.

Normally, I don't give a crap about leveling up, but I'm only about $8100 shy of it, so if any of you are still on and wanna play a couple quick rounds of Deal Breaker or Hangman's Noose to get me over the threshold, lemme know.

Someone gave me an old PS2 headset and I tried to use it last night. I could hear people (like 2 max) but couldn't tell if people could hear me. Anyone know if they heard me? Also, in the CAG photo Op they got my good side! (hiney)

I seem to have fixed my stats never saving by going into "Party Mode" from the Cell before joining.

I can't imagine what your idea of fun is then, Hupp. The islands and the prison are the best parts of GTA deathmatch, IMO. It's better than having to drive for 3 minutes just to find someone to kill.

I've heard of this happening a lot for people, but for me I've only lost my progress once(servers apparently forgot a few $100k's that I earned, fuck Rockstar).

Based on what some people have posted on the Playstation forums(there's a bunch of good threads on the GTA board there) there are two problems:

1)The servers either didn't update your progress properly, you can try re-loading the game from the XMB to fix this. You can also try waiting a day or two to try giving the servers time to synchronize your stats, as it's unknown how long/how often this happens.
OR
2)You have what's known as a double PSN glitch where your PSN ID appears on the servers twice, basically giving you two different ranks at once.

Happiness island is pretty bad for most deathmatches, Colony is more tolerable to me though.

The SOCOM headset for PS2 is probably the best PS2 one going, though I hate to say this but with the exception of I think Kube(who sounds like Beavis)......most of you sound the same when you're on mic. So, I never have any idea who the frig is talking.

I'm not quite sure. As of late, I've added a few more people because of Socom. However, I believe I got this same problem last week. Though I was lucky after you sent an invite the second time. I believe my list was still over 50 at that time as well.
 
Well, to complete the circle - Alice in Chains does have a song called "Godsmack" that some say is where they got their name from.

And I did do a little bit of FL cleaning after the one night you dropped out early and I tried hosting metaly, but I think I'm back over 50 again.

There's a few I can eliminate I think as well. As for why I don't talk, I never really have anything to say. I only got the headset so I could hear the rest of the team I'm on strategizing. Otherwise, it's been a waste of $10.

I can never understand a thing you say, cheapest. The closest I got to understanding something you've said was when you were laughing at teamkilling during that last (I think) C&C.

And... I'm pretty sure I have over 50 and nothing really changed between last time I played (two weeks ago) and last night. Actually, I added more people to my list.
