mdamore i am a bit bitter about that game... not complaining, but what the hell was the deal with that foul ball down the line? The announcer actually said on my side "its a good thing that ball rolled foul and saved them a run"...

Either way it was a good game. Straight up with no shit lol. We should play again sometime.
 
you grabbed the ball before it went foul it was still on the fair side when you made the play it looked to me. then your dude tossed it into the outfield. shitty loss for you crazy win for me. was definitely a good game
 
well my 2 bottom of the ninth winners dont even show in the standings so dont feel bad , its as if they never happened

Yeah, that's pretty fucked up. Even on the website, I see them under the "recent games" section, but you're still listed as being 0-0. My guess is this is yet another undiscovered glitch having to do with replacing a player mid-season (though we'll find out for sure in my league). I stand by my ultimate statement: this game is a piece of shit. Not worth $60. If anyone disagrees, how much do you think they could sell it for if it had no online? Because essentially...it doesn't. Kill yourself, SCEA. Kill yourself.
 
yeah its safe to say im not getting burned 3 yrs in a row getting it on release. Gamestop is already selling it NEW for 50 ,while last years was full price way into summer. i say next year is a sumer league for sure lol
So much for their detail to online this year i guess their detail was selling points in the store cuz its still the #1 seller for 5 weeks

Yeah, I posted about your issue in the "bugs & glitches" thread on OS. It's getting harder and harder for me to be nice about all these issues, especially considering that no one from SCEA has responded in over a month. No news on a 3rd patch. No anything. All the online issues are one thing, but the fact that the game can lock up your entire system, requiring you to do a hard reset, if you press "select" while playing in Tropicana Field is a complete joke. If I were a Rays fan, I would be fucking pissed. The media should be ripping them apart for having bugs that bad two months after launch and AFTER two patches. There's no excuse for it.
 
Trying this for the 487th time- I am the White Sox. If I am on your schedule, I would like to play you tomorrow evening. Please respond on here and/or send X Matt Young X a message on Xbox Live, since I won't be on the PS3 unless I have a game scheduled. Everyone's getting the Halo:Reach beta, so I'll finally have people I know to play with after having the thing since Thursday.
 
Josh, if you don't see it in my league thread first, just wanted to let you know that it appears I was right. yukine just played his first game after replacing hqn101...and the results didn't count. So far, unlike mdam0re though, it's not showing up in the "Recent Games" section either. I don't know if that means it will let me resolve it or what, but either way, it sucks. Add it to the list.

I can play you tomorrow afternoon. I just added you as a friend on xbox live so I can see when you're on. I don't have anything planned for tomorrow afternoon, so I will most likely be on.

I'm also available from right now til the end of the night just in case you want to get a game in.
 
Damn, I didn't see your post till now. But I had other commitments, anyway. I received no XBL friend request since my list is full.

What time tomorrow afternoon? I don't get to sleep till around 8:30 A.M. pacific time and wake up between 2-3 P.M.
 
well fellas, at 1:23 AM today just after finishing up some call of duty multiplayer, my Sony TV's lamp popped... TV is dark for now until I can get it replaced Thursday... not a huge time off, but wanted to let everyone know.
 
anyone able to play tonight? Im lookin to get a game in now before I have to start unpacking and studying for finals... ha.
 
Well, after a short hiatus, I'm back in the game. Finally was able to pick up a Slim. No thanks go out to Sony for making the 60GB so durable. I got a whole 2 years (roughly) out of it.

Whoever has a game available with the Braves, let me know when you wanna play.
 
Not sure if you're still around, but I'd be down for a game. You'll just have to give me a few minutes since I have re-install the game data.

Yeah, Hudson wasn't very easy to hit either. I need to figure out the classic base running controls, my runners would try to steal way too late.
 
well, Wild and I just played the same game twice... his system froze or disconnected both times with me up 2-0 in the 7th and 2-0 in the 3rd... it didn't resolve the game either time so I don't know what's up...

not gonna try round 3, have stuff to do. good attempt i guess!
 
It's the online Destro, I wouldn't quit down 2-0 lol. I stayed on XBL and got my butt kicked by you 45-0 by you the game before
 
Anybody know where Josh is? I've tried getting in touch with him about playing our Series 2 game in my league, and haven't heard a peep. Not that leagues are stable and worry free anyway, but this one has gotten kinda stagnant.

oh no, I know you didn't quit... it's just that last time that happened, the league system gave me the win.
