CAG MLB 10: The Show League Original Teams Finish 1 game by June 13th

Sorry; I thought me being the one to say, "Yo Josh, are we going to restart the league?" counted as a confirmation that I wanted in, LOL. :p White Sox, of course.

League is activated!!!

Get one game complete by next Sunday, June 13th. Preferably your Series 1 gam but any is fine. If everyone finishes early then I'll get a new deadline going.

We had some problems in the last league with this so as of right now, please don't sign any free agents. If everything runs smoothly in the league, maybe we can experiment with F.A's laters on.

Dude... that was one hell of a game. That robbed home run, Pujols tying the game up, and nearly coming back in the 9th.

I'm still bummed by that 3 run homer you got, I was trying to throw it up and away as a setup pitch and you ended up knocking it out of the park when I left it in the zone.
 
Indeed it was. I got all worried there at the end. I think that's also the first time I've beat you in like 4 games we've played.

I'm down to play about two games today, maybe one in this league one in the other, don't know an exact time I can play but it'll probably be from 2-4 or so... anyone interested just PM me so I get it on my phone.

GG indeed. Both league games i've played have been intense and come from behind in the 9th to win and both by one run.

I got sooooo pissed when my catcher had the ball and he was just standing there and didn't tag your runner as you stole home. I definitely yelled out a curse word at that one.
 
Hey guys, been playing through franchise and RTTS since drop, but just tried a few vs games the other day. I would rather play online, but the few games I played were so laggy they almost weren't fun. I am pretty sure it isn't my connection. It kind of sounds like its a common problem, is everybody having the same problem?

I have not played a laggy game in forever. I do come across lag in a select few cases, but it is only for a few pitches then goes away.

I still need to get a game played in this league, but I won't be available until about 7 pm est. If anybody has the Phillies, and will be on at that time, maybe we can get a game in.
 
Anyone around for a game right now? I'll probably be on up until the Celt's-Lakers game tonight.

I have the White Sox, Red Sox, Yankees, Blue Jays, Brewers, Dodgers, and Twins available.

Josh, I had a 6-1 lead and dominated Killsbury before he disconnected after 4 innings. I do not get the win in the league? It shows my record as 0-0 and my stats as nothing.


Here are the cliff notes from the game. I was playing as the Yankees against Killsbury who was playing as the Brewers. Pitching matchup was Vazquez vs Gallardo.

I scored 3 runs in the first and second innings. Runs included an Arod Homerun, a 2 run double by Brett Gardner among others. Brewers in 4 innings scored 1 run. I knocked out Gallardo after 2 innings of pitching. Killsbury used Gregg Zaun as a pinch hitter in the bottom of the second.


Last batter of the bottom of the 4th was Jim Edmonds I believe. Killsbury was working the count and I struck him out on a fastball down the middle looking. Killsbury then rage disconnects after.


Josh, I am asking for 1 of 3 things because I do not go on the PS3 to waste time or bullshit.


1. Killsbury forfeits the game and doesn't use Gallardo until his 6th game of the season to maintain the integrity of the league.
2. Killsbury spots me a 6-1 lead going into the 5th so that I didn't waste my time kicking his ass for 4 innings. Killsbury also uses Gallardo for 2 innings and replaces him with the bullpen. This is to maintain the integrity of the league. This is due to the fact that Killsbury would have had to use the bullpen for at least 7 innings and burning them. Maintains the integrity so that his future games he has a used up bullpen.
3. Killsbury gets black listed/kicked out if he doesn't agree the first two.

rage quit is a harsh accusation maybe it just dropped . also i think if it does drop the stamina goes down anyways. if it happens again then let the accusations fly its like the first games of the season .

Wow dude seriously.... fuck you. My connection dropped in a game already riddled with bugs. Roomates halo connection dropped as well at that same time *shock*.

Why would I quit after 5 innings?

By the way it was Dave Bush, not Gallardo. You went with your number 2 so I used my number 2.

So at least get your damn story straight before trying to slander my name. Even though I really could care less as I never had issues with anyone else complaining of a poor connection...

I checked my stats for all of my players, nothing counted and it was like the game never happened. Stamina for my pitcher Vazquez was a full bar. It came off as a rage quit to me for the following reasons. 1. I had a ton of hits in 4 innings and 6 runs. 2 of my outs during my rallies included Gardner being thrown out at 3rd trying to stretch a double into a triple. I also had a glitch out where Teixeira advanced to third base with the base already occupied and got thrown out. Killsbury couldn't get me out.

2. I was striking him out left and right. The last (4th) inning included him working the count, fouling off pitches. The second to last out came on a fastball middle in looking. The last out included him working the count and me striking him out looking on a fastball a little above the middle. Rage quit right after.

I never said you quit after 5 innings, you quit after 4 innings. Get your story straight.

Why would you quit? BECAUSE YOU GOT YOUR fuckING ASS KICKED FOR THE FIRST 4 INNINGS. THE LAST OUT OF THE GAME WAS YOU STRIKING OUT LOOKING ON A PITCH DOWN THE MIDDLE. Connection was perfect and ran smooth for me without one hiccup. And your connection dropped? You were back in the lobby half a minute later.
