CAG/PS3 Red Faction: Guerrilla Night [Thursdays @ 10pm EST]

I'll be around tonight and tomorrow morning (not necessarily in the same session) if you guys are on. If there are too many for Uncharted co-op, how about a custom MW2 newbie room?

Yeah, that is a little weak. Still kinda looks like fun, though...but it might be pretty short lived. Any of you getting it? I think I still may.

Also, those Giant Bomb guys are not funny. At least, not nearly as funny as they seem to think they are. Someone should tell them.

Metaly, just finished Mega Shark, I was a little disappointed in it. Its no Pterodactyl, that's for sure, though very few movies are (sadly its not up from streaming on netflix). The submarine driver made the whole thing worth watching though.
 
Nice, Mr. B. The submarine driver and his complete overacting were terrific, although I think my favorite character was the destroyer captain. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

I'm sold on Pterodactyl. Any movie with Coolio in it has to be good.

I got it at the very end of the spontaneous red faction night on saturday, so no one has been beaten with it, as for metaly since he is not showing up tonight, maybe the plastic can get one last night as a retirement party ;).

I didn't realize that my schedule has me out on the road tomorrow so I don't think I can play tonight for longer than 2hrs if I play at all. :(
 
Would anyone be opposed to starting RFG Monday nights an hour earlier than usual? I've been thinking about this since I moved to the central time zone but never bothered to bring it up until now. I know a few of us are in the eastern time zone and staying up till 1am is pretty hardcore. So I just thought I'd throw that out there.

Personally, it would be great to not have to stay up till midnight!
 
i wouldnt be opposed to fliks idea. not sure how many people are west coast. i am, but can still make it at 6. not sure what other peoples situations are. gonna cause problems with randys thread title tho :p
 
I think its only randy and I in the eastern time zone, I would not be opposed to that at all. Yeah, going to be a little earlier would be nice.
 
I can update the thread title, Allah. I have mastered this complex CAG technology.

Despite being on the east coast I actually prefer the 10pm start time.
 
I'm not always home by 6 Pacific/9E so if we move the start time someone else should take care of hosting/sending invites. This person would also be required to choose strange weapon loadouts that make DD complain.

Didn't we run into ReeferSutherland in a pub game back in the day?

I prefer the 7pm PST time since I too, despite getting off at 5 (that's what she said) I'm not always home by 6, but it's not that big of deal to me.

Also Reefersutherland does sound really familiar.
 
Well, I just wanted to get a discussion going on a time change, it seems like a toss up on opinions, but it would only be Monday that I'd want bumped up an hour earlier anyway. So that way the 7pm PST start that some people like, would be unchanged for Thursdays.

Lets keep the discussion going this week and come to a decision by Friday or something. Anyways I won't be able to play tonight, I want to hit the road early tomorrow so I can beat traffic all morning and get home by 12pm.

I understand that people on the west coast might have trouble making the 6pm time, but guys listen, this isn't an appointment. The game will still be running for at least 3 hours, or probably 4 hours since the west coasters will most likely want to keep playing till their regular cut off times.

I propose the 9pm hour to be rank up hour, 1 hour hammer match on quarantine with 200 kills being winning score needed. That or everyone helps me get my last two hidden challenges that I need...

Sure, I'll go back to hosting Mondays, starting this Monday and hopefully I can overcome my muscle memory and be on time!
