Most of the last 3-4 seasons of The X-files were a mess but I still enjoyed them. My infatuation with Dana Scully outweighed my hatred for Monica Reyes. On a related note: did you guys know that Alex Krycek is on V now?

Game stuff:

Splinter Cell: Conviction is crazy good fun. There's an energy to it that the series has never had before. Really enjoying it. I sort of find it interesting that I haven't purchased a 360 game in over a year but, in the last few weeks, I've bought 2 of them.

Also, I have the GTA expansions. Anyone else get 'em?
 
I stopped watching regularly a few episodes after the first movie, but I did manage to see every episode with Robert Patrick, at least until Scully left as well. It seemed pointless with both her and Mulder gone.

To commemorate Splinter Cell: Conviction's release, I finally started playing Chaos Theory last night. It's pretty fun so far.

Also I'll probably get the GTA episodes soon.
 
I haven't gotten Episodes yet... I probably won't until/unless more people do and start playing it "regularly." From what I've read though, it sounds like the first one has the better multiplayer modes where the second only has stuff like DM/TDM/Races but with the new elements.

I probably won't get SC anytime soon either, especially since my dog decided to eat my 360 controller. Might still work but he gnawed off the stick "pads" and one of the palm rest is pretty much destroyed so it would be even less comfortable to use. 99% of the time he's good when I leave him out alone, for some reason he decided to go to town with it yesterday. Sad thing is I just sold two new 360 controllers over Christmas. :/

I always think 420 is a swavage alias... I think I'm wrong though.

Picture is cute (though I'd have to slap my dog if I caught him playing the 360, he's only allowed to play PS3 or Wii), but the words make no sense to me... :/

I know I certainly did. I've been having fun going around in Free Mode in Ballad Of Gay Tony using the APC(w/insanely overpowered turret gun) and this chopper with infinite rockets/missiles on it.;)

The chopper is insanely great and the APC ain't half bad either, but the base jumping in BOGT sucks compared to Just Cause 2.

The races in BOGT include the ability to race APC's and I don't think they disable the turret guns. Imagine the slowdown on race start if everyone were firing the turrets. It'd be like a flashback to the Biff races.

Oh and did I mention NITROUS in the races too?;)

The 80GB HDD that I yanked out of my PS3 last summer is currently functioning flawlessly as an external drive for my Xbox 360. ;)

Also, bump for game day.
 
I stream music to my 360 off my old iPod. It makes me feel so subversive.

I got the GTA episodes as well but I haven't tried them yet. Too many games!!!

The base jumping is meh compared to Just Cause 2, but the weapons(in BOGT anyway) are somewhat overpowered at times. You have grenade launchers, sticky bombs(that must be set off with gunfire from what I've seen)and the one gun I think I mentioned prior that is a cross between a sniper rifle and either a shotgun or a grenade launcher.

The rounds from that truly annihilate ANY vehicle that gets in its way.

Then there's the APC and other attack chopper, but I already mentioned those.

I haven't yet tried Lost and Damned, but that seems like it could be a good game as well. I'm itching to try the chopper vs. chopper multiplayer mode on it.
 
So it turns out PSN accounts work differently on the PSP, so I won't be able to set up a Monster Hunter gameshare. It's all still happening, though! We're going to be like the A-Team except we go around killing giant parrot dragons and bipedal desert sharks.

Also there's a demo of Wipeout HD in the Hong Kong store for anyone thinking about it. It's a decent game but you spend a lot of time crashing into walls.

I was going to change my thread tag but I thought it might be too offensive. :/

I remember seeing those sock puppets before... MTV? I didn't watch TV much back then, if I had the TV I was probably wanting to play video games more than watching stuff.

Almost forgot, that demolition game was confusing, wasn't it.
