So we've now got two CAGs that've "flipped" since Sony's announcement. Not surprised this is happening.

1. BustdMagz
2. Hammer_jay
 
I checked all my shares last night and the passwords still worked, so hopefully stolen accounts are in the minority and not the majority. I am sympathetic to those who got scammed though.
 
Any idea where he was from? if UK, he's the guy that used the £5 extra on fecking movies.

It's not like I care, but why was he banned exactly?

Bustd & Hammerjay were both in my FIFA share, so I'm thinking of deactivating it. PM me if you have the info.

I'll sell their slot half price, to a CAG I've dealt with.

Yep, Hammer_Jay is English. Go back a page or two to see why he was banned

If anyone is wondering, I hosted a PS+ share and because of this new activation rule, we have concluded on a way to go forward fairly.

Two current members will be buying out the rest of the group. They'll be paying an additional $15 each (total of $30). The alloted $30 will then be split between the 3 users that will relinquishing their slots. Their original investment of $10 will be refunded and it will be as if they were able to play games for a couple of weeks for free. And as host, I have decided to deactivate everyone's systems before handing out the new password to the new shareholders. This allows the new shareholders to protect their investments for at least 6 months. This will conclude my duties as the host and the new shareholders will be in charge of their shares after this.

Everyone's agreed to this and this is the most fair way to approach this situation. Other PS+ shares may use this strategy if they wish.

Once he accesses the account associated with the game, the game will become unplayable

Although, with BF3 being an online game, as soon as he connects to EA's servers it should become unplayable (unconfirmed.)

For Pure I had to make a trade and sell the slot of the new item. Try bundling it for a more expensive share and paying the difference. It's going to be awfully hard to move it by itself for $4.

NSYNC and Crashmasteromega both deactivated and sold their slots on the same day (4th of November).

Jamehze and Hammer_Jay (the buyers) told their respective sellers that they were unable to get into the accounts because they waited too long to activate their slots.

Hammer_Jay, who paid $8 for his slot (a slot that he said was sniped and a slot that he said he'd wait until the 18th to finally have access to) on the 4th of November sold it for $6 on the 5th of November. Why sell it for less than you paid for it mere hours after buying the slot? The only logical explanation is that he did so because he activated the other slot (the slot NSYNC sold to Jamehze) on his console. Free slot and $6 to boot! - all in a day's work, i guess.

I tried to gauge Hammer_Jay's mindset yesterday and he still maintained that his slot was sniped and that he is the rightful owner of the slot. Unbeknownst to him, i've been in constant contact with Dmdragon since Friday piecing this sordid mess together. As soon as i asked him about Dmdragon, he stopped responding to my pms. I thought i'd bring it to everyone's attention before he does something rash like deactivate all the slots of accounts he has access to. I warned a few hosts ahead of time, but i'm sure there are a couple i missed out.

thank you buddy for this you didn't message me i was the host for shift 2 and he messaged me to deactivate his slot yesterday because he said his was sniped and password was changed. I got home from work and checked that the password was still the same, so i will be changing the password anybody in the group message me for the password. i was little suspicious when he said he didn't activate his slot and it been over a month since he we bought the game, so i came here and found this post. thanks again

Dangkid and meeek have confirmed it's reduced to two users.
 
So Amazon sent me an apology email and gave me my account back. I now have more faith in humanity. Funny part is, they asked me not to share details of their mistake.

The new downloads will only work for 2 users since they are "bought after the 18th". The old stuff still works though. We just decided to condense it down to 2 because of the unfairness of some having access to the games while the others didn't have access.

Ohhh ok, thanks! Didn't make sense that they'd penalize people who paid for their service but I get what you're saying.
