(Bears and ex cowgirl WR Sam Hurd was arrested yesterday after meeting with an undercover police agent at a Chicago restaurant; apparently left the restaurant after buying a pound of coke. He's suspected of being on a drug dealing ring, and wait, this isn't over... reports say that the authorities confiscated a list of his clients and it included several NFL players! :O)

PS: I doubt LA Noire is coming to psn, bastiartadi was speculating...

Why wouldn't it be coming to PSN? If it's not, they made a mistake on the blog about it under the PS+ deals for December.

What should I play next? Fallout: New Vegas, Mass Effect 2, or Prince of Persia Trilogy?
 
Trilogy = easy trophies. Mass Effect 2 = Easily has the most intense opening sequence I've ever played, great game, trophies will take a while. No opinion on Fallout: NV.

I would say just go with ME2. This game blew me away. I had no idea what to expect (ME1 was good, but not amazing), but it's easily one of the best games ever made. Do that one first.
 
I was damn impressed with ME2, I hadn't played 1 before it. I tried the ME2 demo and was kinda underwhelmed considering all the praise this game was getting but the game is incredible, that first impression was wrong.

Agreed x10. Mass Effect 1 was good but it's nothing compared to Mass Effect 2. Totally different game. If you have not played 1 yet, I suggest you do. A lot of humor in ME2 is associated with 1!

I really enjoyed Enslaved (especially the narrative), but i think it's Ninja Theory's second best game behind Heavenly Sword.

As for which game to play next, you've gotta go with Mass Effect 2. It is, imo, the best game made this gen.

Apparently they were planning a sequel to Enslaved but scrapped it due to poor sales. :cry: The ending of the game and the DLC were both pretty sad too.

I'd call Enslaved better, they both have great art direction and decent gameplay but Enslaved drew me into the world and characters like very few games have done. Heavenly Sword didn't do that.

Everyone interested in LA NOIRE, get one of those PS+ codes for a free month and save 30%. Shame people are selling them in the code thread. You could also get three months for $7 on ebay.
 
Does the Enslaved DLC provide the same type of gameplay as the game itself did? I was under the impression that it was just some challenges and such. If it continues the story, I may pick it up on the 360.
 
It's a side story with Pigsy and is awesome. Highly recommended if you enjoyed the storyline. However the gameplay is completely different.
 
I actually enjoyed the Enslaved DLC storyline more. It's like a sidestory/standalone, much like Quest for Booty was for Ratchet & Clank Future, Yanksfan.

All this talk of Enslaved reminds me that I have a share of the DLC that I'm probably not going to play again or bother selling. Anyone want it? (Only if you've played the main game obviously!)
