Average completion percentage per game is 99.4 (Damn you unreleased Burn Zombie Burn DLC keeping me at 60%). There's no turning back now. Trust me, I didn't want to finish ICO or AMY. I'm also proud to avoid Disney titles, Terminator and super easy PSN games like .detuned for the most part.

That's just ridiculous, NSYNC! When do you eat and sleep lol? I don't think i'll ever get a platinum trophy - with the exception of Heavy Rain and Mirror's Edge, i've never played any one game more than once. The most time i've ever spent playing one game was 30+ hours with Mass Effect 2 and i only got to about 50% complete. I mean, i've beaten Mirror's Edge at least 5 times and i'm only about 20% complete. You completionists are truly fascinating creatures lol - I've always wondered, doesn't playing a great game like Uncharted or Mass Effect multiple times to get all the accomplishments kinda kill the *experience*?

That's where you're wrong my friend. I haven't finished Mass Effect 2 yet I'm already planning what my next Shepard is going to be. Right now, he's a real tuned soldier who's tough but fair. My next Shepard will be a rampaging fem shep with no disregard for the world.

As for Uncharted, I try my best not to repeat the game right away. I usually play the game again after 2-3 months just so it's not repetitive.

But for games like Mass Effect, hell, the only way to truly enjoy the game is if you play it multiple times. I don't care if it's hard to plat but I'm sure am going to do it for Mass Effect 2. It's just too good of a game not to plat you know?

Hell, I consider Final Fantasy Tactics as one of the best games ever created and I'm never ever tired of playing it. I finished that game at least 10 times. In reality, it's around twice that. (PS1, PS1 game emulated on my PSP, FFT War of the Lions versions, FFT emulated on my PS3, FFT on my iPhone/Pad.).

It all depends on the game. For instance, I would never touch a Assassin's Creed game after I'm done with it. Same goes with the latest RE games.

I have all 5 plats in the PoP series and all 3 plats in the AC series. If only that translated into being a parkour master in real life. :cry: But honestly, none of them were very hard and I enjoyed playing them. Also, almost all trophy hunters knows of ps3trophies.org, and checks there before playing any game. There are guides written for every trophy that tell you what to look out for so you don't have to do any unnecessary additional playthroughs from missing them. Platinums are much easier with them.

Don't worry buddy, we are not alone. I know a few who are FFT fanatics as well. There's really no substitute to FFT. Disgaea? Please. FFT is the way to go!
 
Interested in a J&D phantom for sure if there is an opening anywhere.

Also may be interested in a Catherine resell. I have the CE still sealed and am considering just trading it away.

Edit - mmmm...FFT. I agree it is the pinnacle of all SRPGs. Though others aren't bad, and some quite good - nothing has matched up with the best.
