I've been siding with Yanksfan all along, Just2Dirty never replied PM's asking to have access back to this share: [email protected] (Joe Danger + Bomberman Ultra +Pixel Junk Racers 2nd lap) I bought from him.

There's your probable scammer, NSYNC, has the info*, sniped a slot then when confronted goes bozo and accuses anyone taking side in the argument of taking it (LMAO).

*how can I scam an account I never had the info of or access to???????? you, on the contrary, did! HAHAHA!
 
Ok setting aside from all of this NSYNC were one phantom away from getting that SotC Group started maybe we can find someone to get it today so i can play it
 
On a side note I have a duplicate disc copy of ICO/SOTC that I'm looking to trade out. Check my list if your'e interested in that instead.
 
How did meeek stumble upon "Derek's" name? It didn't have to come from Yanksfan. We went through something similar with Splinter Cell/flOw DLC and were at each other's throat. Look who was in the group and then read the PM meeek sent to WV Matsui. It's not convoluted at all. Afterwards, factor what Just2Dirty tried to tell us MONTH'S BEFORE and what I'm telling you now. Just2Dirty was not banned over this. You're putting way too much faith in meeek. Me and bunk's relationship isn't the problem with this particular account. Their's is.

I think we're done with this little squabble in here. This has gone on long enough and certainly could have been done with PMs, though both parties decide to air their dirty laundry in public. This also isn't the first time we've seen this situation between these two parties, and it's long past the point of being out of control.

I'm tired of seeing this go back and forth like it has, so in order to be fair, both parties have been sent packing from the site for a while. Hopefully, they'll get the hit and stop acting like children who aren't getting their way.

Anyone else who decides to stir up trouble in here gets the same fate. Or worse.

EDIT: Don't forget that gamesharing is done at your own risk, so mods don't step in to deal with situations gone badly.

Doesn't temp-banning the two of them completely contradict what you just said? Pretty sure most of the people in the gamesharing community would rather have both of them around than neither of them.

They were causing an issue in here and I was asked to intervene. Since they were both causing the problem, they were both temp banned.

Would've been the same if it happened elsewhere on CAG, not just in here.

If it was an issue with gamesharing gone wrong, people would have been on their own. Disruptions on the site, it's something to deal with.

Furthermore I don't understand the reasoning behind the bans. Who wins by temp banning them, what is gained? If there is a sound and valid answer to that then it must also be true that their actions (the argument taking place between the two) had a negative affect on the threads operation. How could one demonstrate that however? Who was losing anything because of their back and forth, was there a particular stressor being applied as a consequence of their posts?

They could have kept it strictly PM, true, but in matters such as this (potential scamming resulting in stolen shares/money) wouldn't it be better suited to be put forth in front of all, especially when the point was made that gamesharing is a "at your own risk" endeavor? If there is to be no mod interaction in such potentially deleterious transactions shouldn't we expect to police ourselves, in public, and let the evidence decide our course of action?

How long are they gonna be banned for? Even though they did continue on with their bullshit they were both positive contributors in this community.

Hopefully its short, but long enough for them to learn not to act like school girls fighting over a boy lol.

These people who find a emotional sense of loss over a simple argument which doesn't even include them. I can imagine them visiting the thread and feeling physical disgust over reading NSYNC's and meeek's comments, literally sick to their stomachs.
