Phantoms aren't transferred over and you must deactivate each of the non-phantom shares and then reactivate once the new drive is in.

Use the gameshared account to download the key/pass files from the Playstation Store. Then on the gameshared account, start the game, go to the in-game store, go to the Premium tab, and download the actual content there. Then you can log in to your main account to play them.

The in game store says: "There is no content available to download at this time". I got the message some weeks ago when US BF3 Premium was free on the ingame store aswel.

After you install the Premium unlock key go to the in-game store menu. Go to the expansion packs. The price reads free. Press x, press buy item and then download.

I got these:
100kb Premium file
and the 2 map packs CQ and Armored Kill.

Installed the 3 of them after I downloaded them from the PS Store. But the content is still not available when I play it either on my main account and the gameshare account.

How many 100kbs files are there supposed to be?

Don't know then. If the map packs are installed, then the content is there. You can access the content via the game mode.
 
Make sure the game and the DLC are the same region, people have messed up with it earlier.

I see you are from Europe. Do you have the EU game? Because it won't work with NA DLC...

You unfortunately need to have the game and DLC from the SAME region.

Has this always been the case? Last time I upgraded my HDD, all of my non-phantom shares transferred over and I never had to re-activate.
