Also, here's a good way to deal with scammers:
Let's say there's a new user with an account to sell. He has many games on it and is asking $15 for it. It's very tempting too. Is he legit? Should you do business with him? Here's how to do it:
PM him. Ask that you pay partial first. Let's say you'll pay $5 first (or even less), and if the download works (you can download it; it does not necessarily have to finish), you'll wire the $10 later (or remaining amount is).
Say:
"I would like to make a down payment of $5 first. Then, I will start downloading. Once the games are confirmed to download, I will send the remaining $10."
If you pay $5 and he is a scammer, then you just lost $5 instead of the $15 you were going to fork over for the sale.
If he declines your request, then we can skip him (if we suspected him of being a scammer in the first place).
