I have a question regarding paypal payments. Whenever someone sends a payment for a slot (phantom or resale) or to buy a psn card, etc... who eats the paypal fees? Say the price is 10$, do you end up sending more than 10$ so the seller receives his 10$ or do you send 10$ but the seller receives like $9.xx? (or is there a way to circumvent paypal fees through some sort of gift transaction?)

you can send as personal gift and dont put comments in the box...

I'd like to know this as well. The few times I've done it I end up eating the fees myself (except with realit3y), but since I'm new and all it's not that bad, but I'd like to know how the vets/regulars do it. There is some sort of gift transaction but it is restricted by country AFAIK.
 
So personal gifts have absolutely 0 fee? Is that what most people around here do? Do you lose any kind of recourse or right by doing that? (although I suppose in these cases of gamesharing, your paypal rights would be 0 regardless, right?)

There's a fee when you're transferring money across borders even when sending it as gift. The fee is minimal though at 1% if I'm not mistaken. So for me, there's almost always a fee since I'm in Canada and most users here are from the US.

The norm is that the buyer of the share covers the fees. So you send 10.xx while the seller receives $10 (or whatever the price he was asking for).

I actually got to play Some Playstation All Stars at the Black Ops 2 Midnight Launch the other day and it so very very similar to Smash Bros. I liked it but a few of the characters are lame. Also big daddy is awesome. Also it is very Carpal Tunnel inducing lol.

bro its awesome, i stopped playing super smash bros last year.

not to many characters(20) but still super excite, the open beta ended like 10 days ago and of course i loved it.

big daddy, nathan drake, infamous cole, ana torv heavenly sword bish, heihachi from tekken, raiden from mgs, is alls i needs.

Well isn't the problem with gift is that if someone screws you over isn't it hard to refund? I heard Amazon payments is the way to go since you have the protection and zero fees.
