The 3-part AC3 DLC campaign is best done AFTER you play the main game. It's not exactly a continuation per se, but you are still best off knowing the full game story and characters.

I'm in my third year. Completed my finals today. Came home and immediately sat down to play Dragon's Dogma. I doubt much will change between now and this time next year. Or at least I hope it doesn't.

Yeah, that would be great. I would buy any of the DLC packs but it would be pretty cheap for a complete pack. We'd get a heck of a lot of tables for the price.
