Less of a hassle if no locked/secondary slots are associated. From my own experience.

My personal perspective is to not deal with them.

So without reading through several hundred pages, can someone clarify if PS4 phantoms are unofficially "dead"?

I've read a few posts stating that they are "risky" and only meant for offline use.. if you leave your PS4 plugged in to the internet with a phantom account on it, does it get locked somehow? Does it matter if the PS4 isn't set as the "primary" PS4 for that phantom account? (I guess you'd have to login to the account in order to set the PS4 as primary for that account?)

Also, locked/risky phantoms are a PS4 thing only right? Not PS3 it seems? It's unfortunate, but sounds like Sony is catching on a bit...

Yeah, my last account with a locked user will be my Dragon Quest share. After that I'll probably just keep clear, lol.
