Responded to your PM, and yes, that is correct - we make a new username, everyone buys games and downloads the ones that the other people bought. I'm looking to start this up soon, so expect me to PM/IM you guys in the near future.

Thanks naes and MillerTime. Just send me a PM with who I'm supposed to be sending the Paypal money to for the PS1 Group and I'll work out the fee with that calculator and get it sent.

Same goes for the DLC Group. Just PM me with who I'm sending the Paypal money to and I'll get it started ^^
That sounds fine... so when is it coming out anyways, I heard april 21st..ish
Well Robert Bowling from Infinity Ward announced yesterday that the maps passed through certification from Sony and we should expect a release date soon. Hopefully this week, if not most likely next week. Can't wait!:D

source: www.iamfourzerotwo.com

So wait, is it 100% sure that the maps are shareable?

For the DLC Group, will we maybe one day be able to pick up the Super Stardust HD add-on? or are we only getting maps/songs and the like? (not that I mind, DLC is DLC)

I dont even have Super Stardust HD (maybe someone would want to gameshare it with me?) but yeah I also wanted Tekken but I believe most of the people in our group already have it. Anyways, any other additional DLC we could definitely do and maybe other stuff too would be cool.

I'd definitely be up for it, especially if there's a group that is for PS1 games and PSN games (not DLC). I have PixelJunk Monsters and Calling All Cars, but I'm interested in a lot of the games.

I would be down for both SSHD expansion and Tekken.

TO THE 4 OTHER PS1 GAMESHARE MEMBERS:

All 20 games are now up. Check the account and download again. Thanks a lot guys!

For future purchases, the rotation will be as follows:
Millertime2523
Freezing Alone
nh1129
finsfan0210
naes

For now, enjoy the PS1 collection!

So I'm starting a group for all PSN games. I don't have a CC myself (and my parent's are over the limit on theirs) so I'll have to PP my share of the money on games.

So basically a group that buys every single PSN game no matter what anyone already has? I was just talking about making a group like this with MillerTime (even though we haven't set anything in stone yet, just talking about it). I think it's an awesome idea since it stops the whole "What should we get?" process. I'd be in if we can get a reliable group leader to make the account.

Group 1, I posted this in the forum, but for those of you who don't check it

It would take about $40 from each of us to complete the PSN collection ($30 if you already deposited for the second round). Anyone up for it?

I like that idea. I'd be willing to start a group that was going to get every PSN game. I have none so we'd start with a clean slate.

However, every now and then we could buy addons. I really want the CoD4 map pack

Yeah, this is a good idea. Can we eliminate the truly bad games to save money though? I'm really tight on cash at the moment so not buying shit like Super Rub a Dub or Go Ski Sports would help.

I'd be willing to buy the ones no one else wants eventually with my own cash, but eventually the group is going to have every single PSN game. So anyone that doesn't want to pay for games they already have, you might not want to join this group.

Also, some games like Warhawk and Gran Turismo 5 can't be shared, so games like that we won't be getting. Although those are the only two at the moment that are like that.

Okay. I don't think I can afford to buy all of them right now.

Anybody want to gamershare Tekken though? I'm getting desperate lol.

If I calculated correctly, it should be $240.68 for every game, minus the PS1, PSP and PSEye games. That means each person would contribute $48.14. This is doable. But, someone needs to check my work. Don't count the PS1, PSP, and PSEye games and if there is a bundle, like flOw, get the bundle that includes the add on, ect. Get every addon.

I'm pretty sure I did it right.

Looks right to me. But if we're over or under we can easily adjust anyways.

Yeah, anyone willing gameshare Tekken? I'm paypal ready, just looking for someone who is willing to share it...or anyone else from the COD4 map group interested in Tekken 5? So far its just me and atomsk

New PS3 owner here...would like to get in on a group. Looking to buy Lemmings and would like Stardust HD or the other way around depending on what works best.

I have one concern though, do we have to share personal info in order to share games?

No. You and your group would create a joint account, distribute the log-in info among the members. The each person individually logs into the account and inserts their funds. After funds are in the wallet, delete your personal info and let the next guy log in and do the same. After the $$ are inserted 1 person logs in and buys the game(s), then the next guy logs in and d/l the games, and so on. You only need to start the d/l under the CAG account, after it is started you can log in to your personal account and the d/l will continue. Hope I cleared it up for you!

Edit-Waiting for GT5 to "install" sucks.
I have one concern though, do we have to share personal info in order to share games?
No, you make a new PSN ID to purchase and download the games from. Theres really no way any harm can be done with this.. You just put your CC on, buy the games, then take it off. Plus no one else can be signed on the name while you are on, so yeah. Not an issue.

So it's not like the X360 where if you download with userid A, userid B won't be able to play it if user A is signed off?
Nope. Each account gets 5 activations for the FULL game, not just online only like 360.
Sweet.

So now that I know how it works, how do I get started in joining a group?

I'm not sure if this has been posted or not, but it looks like changes are being made to some of the games regarding the sharing. Games like SSHD seem to require you to be logged into the account it was purchased with to play, when it used to be sharable. It's requiring a new patch of some sort. I hope they aren't making them all this way...

LinkinPrime, me and Naes are planning to get a group together sometime to buy every single PSN Game (games that are shareable, so no Warhawk or GT5).

Basically every game, plus add-ons, would cost $240.68 US. When we get a group of 5 together, that's about $48.14 per person, give or take a few dollars. We want to do it this way because then everyone in the group gets the exact same games and we don't need to argue about what to buy next. It also means we get the add-ons no matter what, so no one misses out on extra content just because some people in the group don't want it.

If you're interested let me or naes know. If you don't live in the states you won't be able to add funds to a US PSN Account with your credit card directly either (because you can't change the account's country), so be sure to let us know and what you'd have to do in that case is send your share of the funds to someone in the group via Paypal, and that person would add your share to the account him/herself. That's what I do with naes in the PS1 Group since I live in Canada.

It sounds like a lot but it really isn't. Basically $50.00 for every PSN Game with every add-on. If you or anyone else is interested just let either me or naes know ^^

I was playing SSHD on my account last night..No problems here. Even updated and everything

That actually doesn't sound too bad...though I'm not sure If it would be the thing for me. I'm more of an X360 gamer, I really have no clue on what PSN games are out there and wether I'd want to play them or not. Let me mess around with the PSN store and try a few more demo's out and I'll let you guys know.

No problemo. And also I just updated Super Stardust HD, which I got in a trade, and it still works perfectly fine. I'm not sure what dyeknom was talking about.

Is it working on your personal account? Because I went to load it on my personal account and it popped up with an error and said "You are not authorized to use this game. Game is registered to [group account]." It followed that up by taking me straight to the demo.

I tried the game on every single account I have and it still works fine. Did you delete the account you downloaded it on? If so, that's why you can't play it. If not then I'm not really sure what the problem is.

if I start doing a gamesharing account with other members. Will I have to keep logging on the account that we made to play games or I won't have too?

since warhawk doesn't work another user id account.

you can't gameshare warhawk. for other games though, you can log into any account and still play the game.

Who did you trade with? I want SSHD...can you gameshare it?

Okay, so with all the interest we've gotten in the All PSN Group this should work really well. So far we have:

Freezing Alone
naes
blitz6speed

So that leaves two spots. I know LinkinPrime showed interest so we'll see how that goes, and anyone else who likes the idea just check my post a few posts back for details. Basically $50.00 US (give or take a few dollars) nets you every shareable PSN Game with every add-on. For that reason don't expect to get Warhawk or Gran Turismo 5 because those aren't shareable unfortunately :(

And hey, lunasicc, I got mine in a share with someone from Gamefaqs but unfortunately I was his last share. Also I can't share games I received in a share. You're always welcome to join this group though since we'll be getting it along with tekken and everything else.

I'm not really interested in every PSN game though, just Tekken Online and SSHD. Thanks for the offer though.

luna, those are the two I'm most interested in too. Want to start a group for just those games?

I also really want High Velocity Bowling and Calling All Cars.

Sure we definitely can.

So if anyone wants Tekken 5 Online + SSHD + SSHD Single Player Add-On, let me know.

So far its just: Lunasicc (me) and DarthPuma (We need 3 more).

DarthPuma, what would be best to get the funds together? Paypal or adding it to the PSN wallet?

I would definitely be in for tekken, but not SSHD because I already have it. I could join your group just for tekken and then leave before you get sshd. That is if you still need another member.
