I've read every thread I can. I dont live in an appt, and I've purchased a lot of stuff from PSN already with multiple cards. I emailed sony. Something is wrong as another person in our group couldn't either.

I checked my main accounts transaction history and I bought Trash Panic last month with the same card I am trying to use. I couldn't even add $5 to that account so something is fed up.

Sounds like something is jacked, even changing my street address solved my other GS problem. Well good luck with that.
 
I would think its not an anti gameshare measure because ultimately it means even less funds for Sony, they probably did something with their systems after PSN PLUS came out and it messed everything up, I think anyone having the problem should contact Sony the more people who complain the sooner they find out something is up.

I just talked to two of my friends who had the 'can't add funds' problem and they think it's because of all the new server traffic due to Playstation Plus. They advised me to wait until a period in which there would be relatively little traffic and to try again.

ill try again later tonight and tomorrow. hopefully itll go through. i wanted to play deathspank soon too.

edit: no dice guys. Either I manage to get the PSN CC issue resolved somehow, we disband the group, or someone leaves and we try to find someone who can buy and doesn't have this issue.

I had the same problem adding funds to my wallet. It wont let me and tells me invalid info or whatever. I still cant add funds to my wallet as far as i know, but what I did was delete my CC info, then re-added it, then instead of adding any funds to my wallet I just went to the PS store and bought what I wanted with no wallet funds. So it just used the CC info and charged the card. I probably didnt even have to delete and then re-add the CC info I guess but I'm not sure.

I dunno how it all works because I just started buying crap from the store so maybe thats no help to you whatsoever. If that works though just remember to remove your CC info after adding it if you're going to be sharing the account.

i had a credit card problem about a week ago and i had to change all the billing info to match my address,city,name, ect ect

i re-entered all the above info after i clicked on what i wanted to buy, then it let me make the purchase/

The credit card issue has been around for over a month already. I've commented on it in this thread, go back a few pages.

I tried contacting someone at the blog sites to maybe go talk to Sony and see what their official deal is, but no go. Calling CS yourself doesn't get anything done.

We've been resorting to just buying PSN cards, have everyone pool $10 and buy a $50 card... It's almost impossible to share $10/$15 individual games though :/

I don't want to disband either. We have an excellent set of games going :)

Oldboy should keep trying to login, and perhaps reentering credit card info is the thing to do. If that continues to disappoint, he can always put the games on his main account and then remove the credit card info as a safeguard.

I'm not in the group so this is merely an outsider suggestion, have you guys considered buying psn cards? I doubt psn would reject payment from one of those. Of course you would have to buy in increments of $10, meaning that each group member would have to chip in $2 for every card purchased even if you don't use the full value of the card.

Or get a new set of games that add up to something that ends in a 0. I dont really have to get Braid unless you guys wanted it. We could get Deathspank, joe danger, and a $10 game. I could just buy some on my way home from work, I'd just ask for everyone to chip in for the extra $5 and tax if its a $50, or if its 2 x $20 cards I'd give a bit back I think to the people that paypaled me.

Amazon has $10 ones, but i cant seem to find them available in retail stores. Nevermind Bestbuy has them.

So if you guys want I can just get $30 and buy Joe danger and Deathspank. If we keep the group around I dont see why we couldn't get Braid later on. I'm hoping we can buy some more games as they come out since I am sort of low on PSN usernames.

Anyone want to do a group for the Sam & Max series? I think you can buy the whole series of 5 episodes for $35. The 4th episdoe is supposed to release today and the last I think comes out next month.

Anyway I'll start a group for that depending on the interest for it. if anyone wants in just post here and let me know. It'll be $7 paypal.

Well KOG4 left the group, so we have a spot open.As it is now, theres one spot open for

DeathSpank + Joe Danger for $6 each. Planning on trying to keep this group together to buy more games down the road when they come out.

I see two or three guys looking for people so if someone could PM me if you need one last guy I am interested. You will have to walk me through what to do though. Well eth3real is interested but not for long term.

I say we just join him and then try to form a long term group for future games after. I can paypal him your guys' $6 and paypal you the $3 extra.
 
I'll join a long term group if anyone has a spot or wants to start one. If not I'll be starting one when Shank comes out and that will be the first game I'll get on the account most likely. I'll also be getting Castle Crashers if that ever releases. I'll basically be wanting all the bigger releases and anything else that doesn't suck. I'm open to getting stuff I dont want too as long as others in the group do want it.

The only thing for the moment that I'm interested in and dont have is the sam & max series. I'm also still looking for a few older games like Tales of Monkey Island, Braid, Trine, Final Fantasy IX, and Family Feud though none of those are anything I must have.

Anyway if anyone wants to start or can get me in a long term group I'm interested.

Great, if he buys then we all win. You can keep the $3, though. You spent a lot of time trying to get your card working and it's the least I can do.

Unfortunately, I can't do any gameshares more long term than September, as I'm returning to college and don't plan on taking my PS3 with me. Until then, though, if something interesting comes out I'll probably want to gameshare it.

After Burner Climax is now on sale at $5.

I'm getting low on my available PSN accounts (15 per PS3?), so I'd be willing to get other games with the After Burner account if anyone is interested.

I'm also looking to join a long term PS3 group. Preferably one which prioritizes high profile releases, such as retail games (They're going to add more and more gradually, like they did just recently with Infamous) or big PSN titles.

Thanks man. I never had a game share before. Have to look at this thread more often. I never even really thought of looking into it today, but getting a $15 game for $3 is great!
