CAG Socom Thread-SONY SHUTTING DOWN SERVERS AUGUST 31 for S1-CA Tue&Sun10pmEST

My system wouldn't let me play any of my dl games. I only have a couple of trophies in Heavy Rain so I thought I'd give that a try but the game won't play without a psn log in. What a bunch of crap that is. The Socom website shows just over 5000 players on right now. Lucky pricks

Thanks for the comments Ill get better Ive read the guide thats on the front page of this thread I got some good info from that,Im going to be the shotgun guy. Ill be on to play everynight I live in the socal region so 9pm Pacific Time is good for me Ill like to play with the other CAGS on the east I assume its 2hrs difference? or 3 wells and Im glad to be part of the CAG SOCOM CLAN Ill try to save up for the DLC

Welcome! Enjoy your stay. :cool: In regards to the socom dlc, you might wanna go through the past 10 pages, as I think there may or may not be some cags still selling a share of the dlc, its worth a shot as it'll save you money, as it's 3 bones a share, and that is a steal at that price

There was a guy who posted recently that wanted to sell a share of the DLC.
 
thanks but I dont have a paypal nor a CC or DC. unless he would like to get a letter with 3 bucks in it Im out of luck :(
 
My socom data was corrupted both install and save I was not a happy raccoon

I had to erased, install, update sorry CAGS on day 2 I also got a rejection from a girl

nah you should trade it into amazon or gamestop - it goes for $8 at amazon right now. i paid $10 for mine so it's not a bad deal.
 
I'm saying this right now, midnight release, all night coop session until we beat the game. There is no way that the game is based around a 5 person squad and not have it be 5-person coop.
 
That actually sounds pretty cool but I know I'd just get killed by a grenade five minutes in and have to spectate the rest of the campaign.
 
Hey guys! I was just popping in to say that I'm still trying to get online and play. There are just WAY too many good hockey games on at night these days and my Coyotes just picked up Wolski so yea...lol! Plus, Socom 4?!?! Sweet!

My disc copy will be going in a frame on the wall. It will always be a classic game to me.

If it were any other way it wouldn't be Socom. I actually had an mvp last night without having a single kill. I disarmed a bunch of missiles and had a few assists. Pretty sad

Hopefully they'll have a digital copy again for us lazy folk that don't want to switch a disc. I'll go that route again for sure.
 
socom 4 isnt here yet . so put down your bats your swords take off your gi's and pick up your gun and knives and prpre to be teabagged and danced on.
 
Silly Rabbit thinking I would fall for the trick of capping a point then run back to defend the last point that the other team needed.

I have to say, I'm enjoying the MGs, getting headshots is way way way easier than with a shotgun lol.
