CAG Warhawk Night [TBD]

Well, you may have whooped up on me in that second dogfight, TMK, but I did earn the Overkill trophy at your expense.

So we're even.

I'm still learning the game, but I didn't know you could have dogfight only rounds. Yuck. I don't care for flying in the game as much as other transportation. Perhaps once I figure out what I'm doing that results in everyone avoiding my missles, but me being a sitting fucking duck on every occasion (or the appearance thereof), then I may change my mind.

What kind of happened was I tried to quickly throw a map rotation together, and didn't realize I put two dogfights in a row. Usually we do a little bit of everything (like two DM (one w/ dogfight), TDM, Hero, Zones, Collection, CTF, etc.). Well Myke, I've been playing Warhawk for about a year (along with some playing for a while too), so we may be rough. ;)

Regardless, it was fun for the short time, and we'll have an even better Warhawk night on Thursday.

Oh well, I kind of apologize for telling you all about this when the one who created the game today ending up locking it out to friends only (not a bad thing, just wish I knew).
 
I got disconnected once during me being shot and no matter where I went blood would spurt out of me until I eventually got disconnected. It looked like Gears.

what MIGHT have happened is you came after everyone had finished getting that already so no one knew you were going for it. im sure there will be another server like that. not necessarily soon. but eventually. either way, im not really sure of the circumstances :\

The reason some of you couldn't get in is because I reserved some spots for my buddy list. I think that was the problem some of you had in getting in, and for that I apologize... password should have been enough. :whistle2:#

For those that did help out with the trophies, or wanted to get new ones... I thank you guys for showing up. Sorry that my mic died a few games in; I did not want that to happen, I can assure you.
I set up a dedicated, ranked server just now, so if you guys want... go ahead and join (it's not password protected, and there are no reserved spots, promise! :)). I need that one server trophy. ;)

Hi all I just set up a 4 hour dedicated ranked server.. search for kandal978 if you would like to go in and play in there alone...? have fun and be there for TMK's birthday party BASH. Mana beter reserve me a spot
 
If you guys are setting up servers in hopes of getting the trophie - if you are in the room you will not get it. It has to be one of the ones where you are not able to play. I made that mistake one day lol - 4 hours of blah for nothing.

I was on your server for atleast 1 hour-from 4to5.Gotta me the hat trick trophie.:D1000 points worth of flag capture.

As for the clan leader trophy and the clan match trophy how about this -- I can set up a GAG2 clan, have 10 people join and we can play Mana's clan and as long as we each win *cough*throwit*cough* we will all get that trophy. I figure its a good way to kill two birds with one stone. And I can pass along the leadership to others to share the trophy -- this way Mana does not have to give up leadership on the orig CAG clan and not have to worry about something going wrong with it.

Sound good? If so I can set it up..... let me know!

That sounds like a great idea, I too was thinking of setting up my own little only-for-trophy 10 person CAG clan to lead and hand off to others but I never got too far into that thought process. :lol:
 
I'm up for that idea too SoCal... If you and Mana want to calibrate something, I'm all for it as long as we all have the chance to get a trophy or two. ;)

I understand your feeling.. First I started with no ranked / non dedicated for 4 hours... then im like oh shit where's my trophy?!!! Then I realize I gotta make it ranked.. so I made another room, this time a ranked one (not knowing the type was suppose to be dedicated not player). so all in all 8 hours or so and still no fucking trophy... Then I played around with the settings and REALIZE Type: in the server options. played around with that option and saw dedicated as a selection and im like oo shit!!

and finally ATLAST!~ the trophy is mine!

Server Options
Type: Dedicated
Ranked: Check Mark

And you are good to go for 4 hours.

TMK should just be a nice clan leader and pass around clan leadership to people who want the trophy. That way we dont have to rejoin the CAG clan. Mana?

At least, I'll test with one person first, whoever is online, to see if it works. I'm only willing to do this with the most regular Warhawk players I know (they should know who I'm talking about).
 
Eh, if you can find 10 people who want to trophy boost, we can try it this evening.

I'll look into making the arrangements, post the info/password here, and we'll pass around the leadership like hippies pass that bong.

And then, with any luck, we'll all have that trophy. Or, if not, then I'll help other folks who want to create their own another time.

If it means having to leave and rejoin the cag clan, well, that shouldn't take all that long, and is more up to TMK than anything else.

Not that I understand why I'm going through this. I'll never get either the general ranking or the warhawk skill level badges, so that platinum's always gonna elude me.
 
If anyone chooses to leave the clan to get the trophy (although I'll be passing leadership around myself, but it will be hard for me to do it all because there's over 50 clan members), please be sure to let me know who you are so I get you re-invited (I might miss the in-game notification).

I'm interested in CAG2 to get more trophy's but by joining CAG2 will I have to leave CAG? If so I don't think I'm interested on this one.

Yes, joining CAG2 means leaving CAG.

I'm in for CAG2 though. We need peeps on CAG still though if we're to get the clan vs clan trophy.

Any other requests? We can play until 10PM or so if you all want something else.

I'ma have to hunt down my bluetooth to offer instructions, I reckon.

...and minimum 6 more. I figure we can get some folks together, get this trophy and any others needed while clans are separated, then disband and y'all can rejoin CAG at that point.

For now, we'll rotate clan leadership in the order listed above in the post.
 
I'll help out tonight, I should be around.. hopefully my blootooth headset will cooperate with me tonight and my controllers won't disconnect randomly. I still need to get a bunch of trophies.
 
Myke, if that's the case then take me off. I already have the clan leader trophy. I was joining more for the 'Rivalry' trophy as in win a clan match, but if that's not going to happen then no point in me being there.

EDIT: If you haven't got 10 though, I guess I could join up to help the others. I'll keep an eye out.
 
Will do. I think the plan is to build a temp CAG clan, get folks who want the clan v clan trophy that, then disband and rejoin CAG.

But if you want off the list, you're off.

You can add me to the CAG2 clan list, I think it's just better to have the 2nd clan so everyone has a better chance of getting the Warlord and Rivalry trophies.
