Can we be a little more selective with banner ads, CAG?

Now, I'm not sure if Google ads gets to do the choosing as far as selecting the ads that pop up in the middle of the main page, but I'm getting a little tired of seeing superdorks and a lack of hotness in the Audio FX Pro headset and Gamercize ads respectively that litter this site.

I realize said ads probably generate a little bit of income to help run the site, but I'm getting a little tired seeing Ben Heck peddling his heaset that's supposedly going to allow me to "pwn all noobs," or a couple different chicks who needs "real exercise" before they're fit to sell me on Gamercize.

I'm not saying not to subscribe to banner ads, just pick something that's not going to make me want to leave for the Gamefaqs message boards.

Well I am just making a guess here but, if you can't install whatever you want on your work computer, well then I am guessing they don't want you broswing CAG anyway. Now that wouldn't stop me but still just live with it if you are in that situation.
 
Certain threads will generate new ads..:lol:
Go into the Wii forum, look at the thread "Are there any GLBT Wii'ers" and look what ad you may get. :lol:

But the ads really don't bother me so it's not a biggie for me.
 
Yeah I think the ads are lame but they don't really bother me. If it helps CAG thrive then I'm all about it, though they are eyesores.

That would be an incorrect assumption. I can view whatever site I want provided it isn't adult oriented, but I cannot install any programs at all.

That being said, ads don't bother me unless they are pop-ups.
