Are you able to access your orders @ amazon right now?

When I tried, I got this message:

We're sorry. We're temporarily unable to display all your orders below. Rest assured, we're working on the problem and expect to resolve it shortly. If you don't see the order you're looking for, please wait a few minutes, then visit this page again.

Just wonder if I'm alone.
 
Did you just try to access them once? Recently I've gotten that message, but when I try again a few seconds later, it worked just fine.
 
I've been trying for the past hour to cancel an order and use the credits towards a new purchase. Can't pull up my orders.
 
Amazon has been real shitty lately with that error. Their site has been loading slow or not at all sometimes as well.
 
fuck. I was able to access the orders now but the new one I placed 1.5 hour ago when I had this problem was gone, together with the credits in it. I was trying to cancel it and move the credits to a new order.

Call Customer Service, they'll help you out.

I was finally able to get this resolved. I couldn't move my credits on time (to the $5 gaming magazines before 11:59PM, I placed a separate orders for them instead) but at least I got my credits back. Thanks for your help and suggestions.
