Mushrooms (or Brocolli works well with some steak) and Alfredo sauce, maybe a little Gorgonzola and Olive oil.
Butter, garlic, heavy cream, half n half, Parmesean or romano cheese and some Kosher salt ought make a good alfredo sauce...I use alot of garlic in mine..
