The only place I have still seen this on the shelves is Walmart and they still have it for $60, Amazon has 1 copy for $72 primed and newegg for $65, which is all way too much. GS new used it and gutted the LEs so that's out. Don't really know any other places that would have it less than $60. If I ever spy a place that has these for

Congrats. On a related note, I was able to snag one from GoHastings when the original run ran dry for pre-orders months ago. The CE came in pristine condition in a sturdy box with the CE box wrapped in a protective bubble wrap with very little wiggle room. I was impressed. Good luck to you on yours. :D
 
That sounds great! They actually called me, though, because my billing and shipping address are in different cities. They were checking for fraud. That was kind of strange. Oh well, it's definitely on its way now.

LOL @ Auto Assault CE on the list. I just threw that box out recently , kept the headset tho, never been used... probably never will be used... but hey i'm a packrat, and I might need it in a pinch.

Tempted, but fortunately, not available for shipping to any stores near me, so I'll have to pass. Already picked up the STD version for $8 from BB in a previous sale, so I didn't really need it anyway.

It showed out of stock in all the stores near me, but I was at a best buy yesterday and found 1. It was priced at 39.99, but PM'd online price

I actually kinda want this game but ikaruga ruined all these types of games for me. After a few levels i just have a brain melt and im just not quick enough.

Great price though.

AWESOME! Thank you for pointing this out. In my area, it seems like literally every GS has them in stock. Some even have them as "In Stock" instead of "Low Stock". You never see that with a LE... you may be right in waiting for a $20 price point.
 
This is tempting... MK for the Vita just re-kindled my interest in fighting games. I think the last fighter I played with any regularity was Tekken 2... How is the game itself? The artbook looks pretty nice and I like the physical copy of the soundtrack.

Thoughts on the game?

It's Tekken Tag Tournament, which is awesome. Also: Tekken Bowling. Many hours wasted in college on that alone. There is also a CGI movie, if you're into that sort of thing.

I bit the bullet and pulled the trigger at $30 at GS. I submitted a PM to Amazon, in which case I'll return this one and save tax.

Is that series any good? Never played it. What kind of game is it? Also, is there an inventory checker for limited edition at gamestop?
 
Once they've been converted, that ability goes away. You'll need to look for used copies in the checker and then call to see if they're the LE, assuming the LE parts didn't get thrown away.
 
Picked a few collection on Toy R Us for cheap.
Halo Reach Regular price 149.99 Got it for 39.99 Box was in rough shape but still good.
Assassin's Creed Brother collection for 49.99 Regular I think 79.9
Went to different Toy R US and some didn't even had any collection edition
