He's talking about the link from the main page (after you input your age for the check) to the CAGcast discussion of SR2.

Cheapy's way into the game, and his excitement has been noticed!
 
Yeah if you click on the link it takes you to the saints row community page where they go into detail a bit more and show pictures of cheapy d's character.
 
"Maybe we'll have to take up Wombat's suggestion for "Saints Row 3 - Now with corn!" - PLEASE MAKE IT SO! Nice shoutout. I am waiting for Saints row 2 for PS3 through Goozex now. *sigh I just wish it had auto aim but I know that is why so many people like it because that feature is abundant.
