We have some here too, although never in bikinis. They do tend to wear cheerleading shorts and small tops. I guess jailbait never goes out of style. But hell I look, and there's nothing wrong with that. It's like that Seinfeld episode, where Jerry and George were looking at the NBC exec's daughter's cleavage (played by Denise Richards BTW). You don't stare at cleavage you look then turn away. It's like looking at the sun, lol.
