Check out World of Goo Wii Ware Title

But back on topic,
It looks neat. I am def really excited for these games.

And LOL @ the girl in the video. She just drank a can of goo! SLUT!!

Loving the style, looks really solid...I was expecting more flash like disaster games for Wiiware.

I guess I'm somewhat impressed. Sucks that the Wii's hdd is so small though.

Looks like it could turn out pretty awesome. I have high hopes for Wii Ware now (and hopefully there'll be at least a straight-from-SD loading update soon...).
Not as atrocious as I expected, but I wouldn't spend money on it... or play it for free even.
To disagree how would you even know at this point.

I do think they announced this at like $5 though, so i mean its a lunch ro this game. Provided you don't go to somewhere to give you the shits, this game could surpass your lunchtime fun.
Does anyone know when Wii Ware is supposed to launch? Im assuming sometime soon after gdc.
Last we heard was March..but that was for Japan.

Looks pretty interesting...I dunno why but it reminds me of that PSP game where little blobs keep joining to form a bigger blob...I forgot the name, but am sure people know what I'm talking about anyways.
Youtube is blocked for me - is this the same as De Blob?
No. De Blob is a 3D action title, World of Goo is a 2D action puzzler.

Cool - thanks. I'm really glad that lilboo got to make a bukkake joke. :cold:

loco roco?

I'm actually pretty impressed. Definitely a Loco Roco vibe, but it looks like there might be some real strategy there.

It reminds me of the old Flash physics toys I used to play with way back when. You could build bridges, people, walking bots, machines, whirlygigs, spiders, animals, and then set the gravity and tension so they could float, bounce, or drag-heavily as they moved.

I'm not sold on it. It would depend on how the gameplay actaully feels. I don't like the art style either and I have problems playign games when i don't like looking at them. Its not that the graphics are simplistic, i just don't like the art.
