None of your posts ever make any sense.

Even if she did give him "herpes" (it's a fucking cold sore), it doesn't justify a damn thing. Unless she's coming at him with a knife or something, he never should have touched her - there's almost no circumstance where it's okay for a man to physically assault a woman. Likewise, she's apparently just as stupid for getting back with him. Whatever the case is, who the hell cares?

If it happens again, no one should feel sorry for her.
 
No one should feel sorry for her as it is for getting back with him. Especially with this causing as much of a fiasco as it has (and still is). Whatever though, no such thing as bad publicity I guess.

Actually it can and does. If you have unprotected sex with some and knowing that you have HIV/AIDS, you can be charged with a crime for i think endangerment or something like that.

Ugh...depends on which type of Herpes it is. There is HSV1, sores around the mouth, and HSV2, which affects the genital area. Pretty sure one is much more severe than the other. Regardless, doesn't give anyone the right to beat a woman.
