Scored an old Castlevania: PoR that was marked for 34.99 funny thin was it was in a hard case but has teh 10% gamers club sticker on the game itself. Very wierd.
 
I couldn't find any copies of Portable Ops. They did have one copy of the Devil May Cry set, but I didn't get it.
 
Snagged Virtua Tennis 3 at the Jonesboro, AR store!!:applause: Still can't find Metal Gear Portable Ops.:bomb: Does anyone have a copy for trade? I can get many of the other games on the list such as Godhand and pretty much any 360 game.
 
Picked up the last DMC set (16.96) and found a Metal Gear Ac!d 2 underneath a bunch of Xbox 360 games for $8.96 at my local CC. The employee at the register was shocked at the price and joked about how he wasn't going to let me buy it because he wanted it. Was actually there looking for a printer and so I ended up getting that along with the games and saved another 15 bucks by using the 15 off 100 coupon! I heart CAG.

I read earlier about people "adjusting" the price... Did they mean adjusting from normal to the clearance price or do they mean the 20% thing from the "Cool Deals" promo? I thought that didn't start until next week?

Well, if the promo does apply to these games, you can go to CC and price match for their current price and get some money back.

You're the first person (ever?) to get excited about Superman Returns. Just Cause is a great find at this point (they disappeared quick). It's a fun game if you liked Mercenaries.

no dmc at all, but they had a ton of Condemed and Chromehoundsfor the 360. They also had a few FF IV for the gba

Most interesting thing I saw was Phoenix Wright Justice For All was $19.99...price drop?
 
got Mega Man Anniversary Collection Xbox for ~$7 today. can't beat that price for all those Mega Man games. It's BC as well.

I think it may be a price drop. Target has PW - JFA for $19.99 as well
 
For those who picked up DMC 5th set, are you going to ebay it?

I am amazed to see they go well over $40+ on ebay.

I might just sell my copy..
 
Went to CC looking for the DMC 5th set and they were out.

I ended up finding a Disgaea 2 sitting right below where the DMC sets had been.

And right behind the Disgaea 2 was a Grandia III.

I do not know where these came from because they were not there the other day.

Picked up Disgaea 2 and will continue my search for the DMC set.

I may have to put up a new trade list to get that DMC set!!!

i have 2 available sealed if interested, but i will look for more dmc's this weekend myself on other cc's
 
Picked up the DMC 5th anniv set in Portland today. Also picked up magical starsign for the ds for $16.

Was almost worth it for the drive home in 4:30 traffic. Took 90 minutes for a 30 minute drive.

Did you actually take it to the register and have it scanned? My copy had the full price marked on it but it came up $16.98 in the system.

I did...twice, lol. Chitown021 is right, should have taken it to the register and scaned it. Alot of the price stickers are not updated
 
The Circuit City in Burnsville MN had Bionicle and DDR for the 360 for $12.72 today didn't need either but, maybe all the 16.96 games are now $12.72.

So you'd have to pay the program fee to get that 10% off. The game should ring up as $16.96. All copies of MGS: PO that I got were still stickered as $39.99.

I wish I could find a Grandia III, the only ones I see are incomplete used ones for $26.99 or New for $29.99. Why was this gave never made a Greatest hits?

Some one trade me one of those Grandia III's you found from CC or TRU lol my area is baron of them unless used...

Will these games be a extra 25% off starting Sunday the 12th? The ad this week for CC said something about an extra 25% off super value games or something like that.

They may or may not. The 25% is supposed to be for Cool Deals only, but in the past it has been known to apply to clearance games too. We'll only know when someone on here goes in there tomorrow to price check something.
 
There was no price tag on the Grandia but I thought it was 16.96. If I knew anyone wanted it I would have grabbed it. Unfortunately the Circuit City is 25 miles from my house and I will not be able to go back until Tuesday.

I think it is well worth that price, the map is huge for a GTA style game, and flying over it with a helicopter is fun. You can pull off some crazy moves too, grappling gun to a helicopter, then grab on and take it over, skydive onto the roof of cars...etc. That said it gets tedious, and besides the main missions the game is pretty empty of things to do.

Looking at the ad (Online is up now), several clearance titles are listed in the 25% off Cool Deals section. I think it's safe to say this is a go for all clearance games.
 
I don't see any clearance games in the ad, i think this is only for the cool deals games. 25% off $16.96 clearance prices are $12.72 and I don't see that in the ad.

I was almost certain Guily Gear Judgement was clearance. My CC had them in the bin marked 12.96, you're right, the math doesn't make sense.

Hm, I feel like I should bring in my MGS:pO and Far Cry Instincts and make them price match themselves (if they're actually 25% off). Maybe I can just return the Far Cry Instincts. I think I got the last copy, and you know, the game just won't run, darn.
 
Is it really worth your time, gas, and effor to price match a $16.96 game to $12.72 just to save that $4.24.
Maybe it's just me, but I have better things to do. Now, if I had bought at least 3 games at that price, I could understand maybe price matching to get $12.

I bought two games, so that's $8.48 saved.
 
I checked today when I was at work by scanning come clearanced games none of what I scanned came up with the 25% off. So it may be very spotty and YMMV on getting clearanced games to be price adjusted.

The past few 25% off sales I haven't been able to get the discount to work on clearanced games. The did work a few months ago, I believe in April.

I bought God Hand and Romance of Three Kingdoms VII last Thursday (both not Cool Deals games but were in the clearance bin) and tried to get them to apply the 25% off today but they wouldn't. It rang up as what I paid for them last week and they didn't agree to take off the discount.
