I can’t find a Zone of Enders 2nd Runner in any of my stores, so I picked up some games that id be willing to trade for one.

Better yet, call a circuit city, ask if they have the game. If they do, ask them for a price check.
 
abreed, I find it funny that your willing to trade 1 $5 game for a $7.50 game and expect people to reply. Same goes for the Rez deal, 1 $25 game for 4 games that add up to $20. There is no logic in your trades other than to screw the other CAGer.

All the games are cheep, maybe they are willing to do a trade for a game they were looking for. Sometimes prices don't mean everything smarty pants.
 
well while looking around inside of CC i found this lil shoping basket full of Pre-sale things so i said what the heck i will price check one. they ended up being a penny. so my friend goes i dare u to buy the whole thing so i did (which was 40 of them) this consisted of THUG, true crime, and some 02 jampacks. :twisted: then i checked them out. in THUG there is a pack of about 20 stickers. then true crime has some trailers on it. then there is a really good Doom 3 trailer on it. so if any f u guys see these at least pick up a true Crime one casue that Doom 3 trailer is awsome. O BTW these were all for PS2
 
My local CC has 1 copy of Rez on its shelf. I someone wants it i will go back and buy it. I will get it to you for 30 + actual shipping. the extra 5 is for my troubles
 
Hope you don't go to the N. Attleboro, MA, CC, because I just picked up the last copy of Rez they had. $25. I also got the HP game that was on sale this week and Pirates for Xbox for $9.99 ea.
 
I'm glad that this is a clearance and not a sale, and that it's still going.

I hit a couple of CC's I hadn't been to before and didn't really find anything new accept for a $ 10 copy of Dragon Valor for PSone.

EDIT: Ouch just looked up Dragon Valor on Gamerankings. 58%. :roll:
I thought it got better reviews. Oh well if it sucks, Gamestop here I come :wink:

I checked the price on Rogue Leader and it's still $9.96. Tenchu III is still 14.96.

Everybody keep an eye out the next couple of weeks on games like these to see if they are added to the list. Last week Xenosaga, BOF V, ZOE 2, Wipeout Fusion, and PS2 Robotech were all added so I expect more will be to.

You know I think I've seen pretty much every game released for the PS2 in the last few weeks, except for the 1st ZOE.

Has anybody found a copy of this at your Circuit Cities?

The CC in Natick, MA had one copy about 3 weeks ago, but i didn't want it and thus didn't scan it. But I DID see it :) !

Also I finally took the plunge and bought myself an X-box! :D Now I've got to go back and get Orta & the Pirates game someone above said is only $10!
 
I found a copy of Lunar Blue today and was hyped until I turned over and saw that it was obviously a return that had been shrink wrapped. :cry:

I questioned mine as the outer box was really ruffed up, but everything inside was there, and the game itself was still sealed, and the pack in standees or cardboard pieces or whatever were still sealed, but the larger outer box is crappy. :| I figure it'd cost more than that preowned anyway, and at least I know I'm getting everything in this deal. It was only $19.90 at TRU a couple months back I bought a couple copies to resale, but I'd like to keep one to play thru it eventually.

I picked up Counter Strike Xbox $15 :D However this is not on sale. Some employee put a $14.99 The Pianist DVD sticker on it and the clerk scanned the sticker instead of the game barcode. So I lucked out on this one.

i went to a different CC today and found a lot of Gungraves, Wipeouts, and Silpheeds and 3 Skies of Arcadia: Legends. already had SoA: L and Silpheed from the 1st CC, so i picked up Gungrave and Wipeout Fusion with FF Origins. also, there were two more FF O.
 
Does anybody have the actual price to the Tetris Worlds/Clone Wars for xbox? I saw it for 99.99 but i couldve swore it was cheaper. Any news on it would be extremly helpful. Thx in advance.

Unfortunately, some people are more concerned with their status on FW than the consequences of their posts there.
 
Has anyone tried those Strategy War games, Dynasty Warriors or Kessen I've seen DW 2 & 3 and the 1st Kessen these have got to be pretty old. Also I've seen Way Of The Samurai & Kengo But I've notice quite a few Japanese/Chinese games, I'm not into the Koei games too much, but Way of the Samurai looks cool. Anyone seen or price checked any of these games?


Also has anyone else been going back to the same CC to recheck for games? I assume everytime something new gets brought up here, most go to check it out or get a PA, so I'm wondering have anyone else noticed NEW old games surfacing on repeat visits? :?

I swear I turned over every title on every shelf the past 3 times up there, and each time I find new games! I think they have packed out some new stuff since my last couple of trips there! I found Wipeout Fusion today, only one copy but I hadn't found it the day before, And there was only one FFO in the PSX section, then 2 more a couple days later. I've noticed a bunch of new PS2, GameCube, & PSX games over the past few visits, and not just new current titles, some games are part of these clearance deals, So it may not be a bad idea to recheck as people tear thru and buy out all the cheap stuff and then they go and restock the shelves a bit, it might turn out a few new clearance titles to be had!

Yes, new games are getting stocked at the CC in my area. Well, I've only been there twice but the first time I checked behind every single GC and GBA game they had to make sure I saw them all. I went back 3 days later and found a GC game I had looked for the time before and not found. It was right in the front too, the first game I even layed eyes on. I'll probably go back sometime this week to see if anything else has surfaced.
 
i know i've asked this before, but does anyone have an extra Mr. Mosquito that you might want to trade? i've been able to find most of the other ard-to-find games on the list, so i'd be willing to trade if i have something you can't find at your CCs!!

I just picked up Freaky Flyers (XBX) $4.98 and Red Faction (GC) $9.96 at Circuit City and Mace Griffin (XBX) $9.99 and Onimucha (XBX) $9.99 at CompUSA.

Circuit City is terrible when it comes to pricing their games. I saw three copies of Halo next to each other on a shelf for $25, $30, and $50. Also saw Splinter Cell for $30 and $50 when the real price was around $17, according to their ad before Christmas.
 
The prices on the cases mean nothing - just what they scan as. I just got Gungrave for $5 and the cashier had a stunned look on her face because there was a $50 price tag right on the front. She didn't care though...

That's an old post of mine. I eventually went back and had someone else do the scanning. There's a few nice folks there, but I avoid that asshat that treated me wrong (at least three times, even!) like the damned plague.

My CC sucks. They never seem to get any new cheap games that I want. I've been checking for the past few weeks and they have all the same ones that I've seen before from previous visits.
 
I went to 2 CC's and they both had only 1 copy of BoF, i searched and searched but no luck, I"m sure some other CAg hid them....damm him/her for getting there before me.....I go to cry myself to sleep now...

Definitely. I have 3 CCs in my area, and every time I visit each of them they have different titles. The big question is, if these are clearance titles/prices, why ship them to new stores? I'm guessing some stores are much worse than others, in terms of sales... the one I've noticed with the most sale seems to have the highest turnover rate in title variance (though ironically, the lowest actual amount of stock!)

So in short, yes, I checked every week at two of them, one CC almost never changes, the other changed titles drastically every week.

Could someone explain to me where the updated prices are? I know that the very first post has a very thorough list but many of those prices are from the original post back in December (i think that's when this started). Anyhow, I'd like to bumrush a nearby CC with this list but I'd hate to walk up with a ton of stuff just to be shut down... :oops:

As far as I know they are the correct price. I basically took the list on the front page and reformatted it to what I wanted to see. It's the same information, different presentation.
