Double Agent down to 39.99?

Wasn't it released at 39.99?!

hell, the PS2 version of SC: DA is 14.99 used at GameCrazy
 
Hmm I might pick up Elder scroll and xbox live when i go get GH2. $170, I might as well spend another $30 and use the $40 off $200 coupon.

i wanted to buy farcry for wii, but thank god i didnt spend $50 on it after hearing lots of bad things about it.... so is it worth 20 bones? or should i wait for another clearance on it
 
Wow! Nice. Now the superior version of Double Agent can be had for the cheap! Can't wait to grab a copy down the road :D

Everybodys been asking this now but between all the reviews on gamerankings can a score below 40% really lie? For $20 I'm going to get more laughs out of it then I did from all Uwe Boll movies combinened. I'm not expecting much, but I heard the splitt screen multiplayer isn't bad, but thats not my cup of tea.

has anyone actually played this and can tell me how bad it is from experience?

I just got it the other night on rollback from Walmart for $20 and wow. The graphics are as bad as everyone says. And despite levels being friggin huge they are pretty much linear (from the first level I played). Also, Red Steel was pretty accurate with hit detection, this just isn't. I can be turning and shooting and no matter where I point on the screen I still hit the enemy. I can be aiming right off the body of an enemy, pull the trigger three times and he still dies. Yeah so... its worth $20 I guess.

I'll have to try multiplayer to get to the only supposed redeeming factor of the game.
 
I bought Far Cry for Wii the other night and my experience mostly involved my right arm getting tired from holding it up so my character wouldn't look at the ground.

Never understood the firing higher paid employees thing, atleast at floor level. You pay someone say $10 and min wage is $7, so you dump the $10 guy. Well in a few years after raises he's catching up to the $10 guy again, so you fire him to? Min wage (especially here in CT) has skyrocketed to the point where It's hard to fire people and hire cheaper labor in hopes of saving money. I can understand letting go someone who makes $18 and hiring someone who makes $10, but you make a risky move getting rid of the knowledgeable employees and that former employee giving your company bad rep and not spending a money there (please, if you ever get let go by a place never pay that company a dime again, and they will effect their bottom line to). Well where I work (yeah you know where) we have hourly caps anyways and It's at $18 an hour. The sad thing is you always feel threatened to move up or else, but in reality moving up isn't going to help you since you've reached the cap anyways. Crazy world I tell you.

Maybe, if they do have any old copies left (Which I doubt), they would probably be for $30, but since there probably isnt any older stock, their new stock would be the new platinum hits cover.
