It could be true, but I've found that since local CCs got the new system, it's become the standard excuse for not doing anything ever. They can't check stock in other stores, they can't check stock in their own stores, they can't even check the website that I can check from home. As far as I can tell, the new system can't actually do anything. It also seems to prevent them from checking the back room for additional stock, or helping me search the sales floor for the items that they can't use the system to check stock on.
