Nice to see that this glitch is working across the nation. Just be sure to have the check out clerk ring the two games in the right order. I was going to try this with Ace Combat X for the PSP but it turns out that the game is still $40 and even at $20 its too expensive. I'll just wait for CC to clearance them out.

I need to know if Ultimate Ghosts n Goblins is clearanced.

I want to pick up Guilty Gear Judgment (like 5,000 copies sitting there) for 12.99 and then Ultimate Ghosts n Goblins for whatever price it is.

Guilty Gear Judgement will NOT be 33% off though, so you'll just get that one for $13, or $6.50
 
Picked up Jeanne D'Arc and FF IV for gba. I specially put FFIV on top of Jeanne D'Arc and the guy scans Jeanne D'Arc first :bomb:. Might go out again to fix* this, but it might even be worth it and just to wait for a buy 2 get 1 free from tru
 
I said hell with it, despite being pissed off at CC, and stopped one more time before work. Ended up with Infected and Valkyrie Profile Lenneth for ~$12 total.

Stupid CSR says manager has to price adjust the second one off at 50%, pay full price for higher one. Circuit Sucky.

That's odd. For me, it was automatic. 33% came off of both games, and then 50% came off of the 2nd scanned game, which was the more expensive. No overrides or anything.

CC does not have Bully or FFXII listed on the site and with the recent drop to $19.99 on those games does anyone know if they possibly could be clearance?


Doh!! edit that one I see them up there now.. they still have FFXII listed at $29.99 ....
 
I made one last stop at CC before this ended -- they split ours into 2 bins now, so it was worth another look.

I took advantage of the handheld deal, and since I didn't want 2 titles, I found the cheapest thing I could find - So I got Monster Bomber NDS for $3.32 and Guilty Gear Judgment PSP for $6.49. Because of the bin splitting, I finally found the Space Channel 5 PS2s that were hiding forever -- picked one up for $1.98.

I found Hitman: Blood Money 360 in the bin, with a written sticker that says $12.96, but I don't recall it being on the list. It rang up as $29.99 and I got it for the $12.96 without an additional % off -- so very YMMV on that.

CC is very bad about updating price stickers. Probably 65% of the games I bought from them rang up cheaper than they were marked.

This isn't a bad thing though as, since only a CAG would know that the price is cheaper than marked, it makes it easier to find games, sometimes.

My store has like 8 Madden 06s for 360 still, in the main bunch of 360 games, marked for $59.99. In for 3!

oh and she had to redo the whole transaction, and she accidentally put 1 chocobo for free.

You managed to find almost all the sought after titles in 1 visit... well done. I'd kill to be able to find a FFXI in store, let alone at those prices.

There is a FFXI for 360 in my store, but I'm guessing you'd want the PS2 version with HDD.

And yeah, I wish I had Grandia III or Disgaea like phear3d. Otherwise, I had a good haul. Picked up x2 copies of Virtua Tennis 3 and Valkyrie Profile 2...figured I could use them for trades or sell em someday.

I didn't even look at the PSP titles since I don't own one. I should have peeked, though. My store had a LOT of stuff because they didn't throw any games into a bin or put stickers on the games on the shelf. For instance, Condemned was still tagged at 59.99, as were many other games. All the games I bought at this sale were tagged 29.99 to 59.99. My CC sucks, but that suckage helps me out by staving off other buyers!

Staten Island. :) They are pretty much empty now (i had a shopping spree) except for maybe some GTA boxsets that are worth nothing atm. I might have just seen one condemned but im not sure, you might want to check first before going there. I mainly checked for Virtua Tennis 3 & Dead or Alive Extreme 2 but they didnt have it. its 40 miles away from NYC.. i dont think ill be going back there since they pretty much have nothing as far as clearances are.

My CC at home and at school are both wiped clean. They have absolutely nothing left besides the crap sports/kids games.:whistle2:(

they are usually really lazy about taking down signs ( as well as putting up ), if you can find one still in store like on the clearence bins you can take it to customer service and ask for the discount.
