If she really likes you she'll break up with the guy. If not, she's not worth having to begin with. Either way, she's probably not worth having to begin with.
Truth.
I went through the exact same situation through-out the fall. Met the girl in August, didn't worry about it because she had a boyfriend, she told me she was interested in September, we started hanging out and talking a whole lot in October, but by December I just abandoned it.
As many times as she said "I like you more" or "I should be with you," she was unable to go balls to the wall and just break up with her boyfriend.
I'd advise you to give her an ultimatum: tell her that she's going to have to make a decision soon or you will move on. If she likes you that much, that'll be enough to get her off her ass...if she still doesn't break up with him, she wasn't worth it anyways.
Of course, all of this is the nice/logical thing to do. If you're sure she really likes you and you want to try to speed things up, start going on dates with other girls to make her jealous. Then again, that sort of thing always has the potential to backfire.
Don't sweat it. Even if you got her, she'd probably miss her relationship and it would be jumping from one thing to another entirely too quickly. And hey, you'll probably meet another girl - while I was stressing out over the girl this fall, I got closer to another girl by getting advice about it all without really realizing it, and now we've been going on dates.
Also: Pics or it didn't happen.
