Alright.. I think I know what you have. Is it these?
The React S-Video cables? I'm guessing so, since they include composite and S-Video. The S-Video won't allow progressive scan, but will have a slight improvement on image over your standard yellow composite.
Composite= 1 yellow video cable
S-Video= Connector with 4 pins (S-Video actually transmits two signals as opposed to one that is transmitted over composite, brightness and color)
Component= 3 cables: red, green, and blue (enables progressive scan).
Glad to hear that React's accessories are FINALLY hitting BB though.
So, how do they look? What kind of display are you using? Any improvement over standard composite?
Ohhh. Those are the ones. Sorry to get everyone's hopes up. I haven't opened them, so I can't comment on the quality. I'll probably take them back and pick up some of the Nintendo ones when I get the chance.

Actually it's Black&White, Red minus B&W, and Blue minus B&W. Those are the three signals used. No Green.

I believe skylander was referring to the color of the connectors, not the actual color being transmitted through the cable... just as the "Yellow" of composite isn't transmitting just yellow...
