This is a small taste of the customers I deal with at work. I answer Ebay questions at a comic book store (aka customer service).
This woman lives in the UK. She bought a clock that we make and we shipped it out a few days after she paid, but she has yet to receive it. Once in a while a package will be legitimately lost in the mail, or sometimes with international packages they take a while to clear through customs. Anyways I tell the woman this countless of times as she bombards me with harassing emails and messages. I send her the delivery confirmation and try to help her out but she just doesn't read my messages. I assume she thinks that the, "Ask Seller a Question," link reads, "YELL IN ALL CAPS HERE." Here's a few of her messages:

is "cat in a bag?" I wanted to help this woman out, I'd even send her a new clock at this point but after that last message she isn't getting shit. I want to respond to her by just telling her off but it's probably better just to ignore her. But just for fun, how would you respond?
