That's actually a pretty good question. I would assume yes since they don't take anything out of the original case except for the disc. Then again, a greedy employee might swipe it. You should e-mail GameFly and ask them.

Yeah I talked to a dude on live chat and sent an e-mail. The guy on the chat said it came with everything, but I don't think he knew what the hell I was talking about. I will just wait till it gets here, if it does not come with it I will return it.
