I found a few games it doesn't work for but it should work on most Xbox/PS3/Wii U/PC games.

A couple games that will drop to $37.99 after code:

Also might want to lock in any pre orders that could be rare-ish later like Halo 4 limited or Forza Horizon.

Lol newegg has all the pre-order bases covered.

$39.99 3DS/Vita games - $10 off promo from earlier in the month
$59.99 PS3/360/Wii U games - $15 off promo from yesterday
$49.99 Obscure PS3/360 games - $12 off promo right now

All they need is a $20 off pre-order on all PS3/360 collectors edition games and they won the pre-order wars of 2012. :lol:

I'm just getting a PC so dont know a lot about deals for PC but Assassins Creed 3, Bioshock Infinite, and Borderlands 2 among a couple others are each $38 after code. Seems like a good price to me at least.

I'd love a $30 off Angry Birds Trilogy. After Plants vs Zombies, i'd love to play Angry Birds in HD on a large screen. But to hell with pay $40 for it.
 
Slightly annoyed though that Newegg can't 'edit' a pre-order filled with more than just one item. I was hoping to cancel more and get the extra discount.
 
Guess they realized they'd be cutting off half of their preorder base by restricting it to $59.99 and above games. Decent for those $49.99 games.

A bit off topic, but most recent phones/tablets have HDMI out now (although it might require an adaptor or cable).
 
I'm trying to decide if I wanna get Harry Potter Kinect, but I'll have silver at BB by then,so itmight be smarter getting it there.

Same problem here. I have Lego lord of the rings and ni no Kuni stuck with a bunch of vita and 3ds preorders with $10 off a piece. Really need the $10 off to come back so I can separate them. Couldn't do it last time because Mario was in the lot with free 3 day shipping and during the $10 promo they charged for shipping.
 
Went ahead and used it (first time ever for me!) to pre-order WWE '13 for PS3. Just can't beat $48 for something I'd probably spend around $65 after taxes.
 
I love Newegg! I have been waiting for them to do this with XCOM: Enemy Unknown, but I was shocked that it was for all pre-orders. I switched my XCOM, Ni No Kuni, and South Park: Stick of Truth. No problems and better shipping than Amazon was currently offering for free. BTW, I have used Newegg several times for this and I haven't had a single issue. I really don't know how they make money doing this, but I thank them for it!

You have to order each game in an individual order. code will only apply to 1 game per order

Preorder it. They don't charge until they ship and its easy to cancel your order. That way when info comes out and you like it, you'll have it locked in for $38.
 
Will try my luck and hope I get Black Ops 2 on day one. Can't miss day one.

This is my first time pre ordering through NewEgg and hope nothing goes wrong.

Any bonuses they have will be stated in the item description. They sometimes get physical pre-order/first print bonuses (Last Story, P4 Golden, P4: Arena, etc.), but I don't see them get the retailer specific DLC pre-order bonuses too often. They did get the Halo Anniversary pre-order bonus, but I don't recall many others.
 
Bit on Mugen Souls. Was considering the ltd edition off of NISA's website, but with this code it's $65 for the ltd edition or $38 for the regular edition. No contest.

Definitely no to soundtracks. As for pre-order DLC? They certainly do not have retailer-specific pre-order bonuses. (Only GameStop, Target, Best Buy, and Walmart have pre-order exclusives.)
I think what you get is what is in the retail box. I have pre-ordered dozens of games from NewEgg. Last year I got the DLC code for "Rage" but I think that was because it was literally in the box. If the listing for the game doesn't say it comes with any pre-order stuff, then don't expect it to.

As I said above, I have pre-ordered literally dozens of games from NewEgg. The earliest they have ever arrived for me is Thursday (2 days after release) and the latest a game has ever arrived is a Monday (6 days after release, and this only happened once). By far, most of my games have arrived on Friday, exactly when they were supposed to. I love NewEgg.
