Battlestar Galactica: The Complete Series [Blu-ray] [2009] for 9.97 pounds.

9.97 pounds plus shipping on Amazon UK (I cant link it for some reason) You need to search for it.

Thanks

Ditto on the cancellation. In all honesty, if I had the $145 to buy the US BR set, I definitely would, but this was a shot in the dark I had to take. I'm not angry at all that they cancelled it, but it was a shocker that they did accidentally list it for 80 pounds less than they meant, heh.

I was like, there's no way you can get that complete blu-ray set this cheap! Anyhow, looks like i didn't miss anything, lol.

They didn't even bother sending you a $5 or $10 coupon for the trouble? Lame...

Nope. What the fuck do they care? My hard earned money will still go to Amazon US, so it's not like they're losing business.

But when the BSG Blu ray set hits $100, I'm buying. I've already watched them all and I already have them all on DVD (well Season 1 is HD DVD). There's no reason for me to spend over $25 a season for something I've already seen. There's a lot of good TV out there to watch before I rewatch BSG again.

I have a feeling whoever the first 10-100 orders were, they probably got it since Amazon does heavily automate everything-- this is the sort of deal that if you see it first, you order it with the fastest shipping (to force the order through first) and deal with spending a little extra to guarantee the deal.

I doubt it

Regardless of the shipping speed, the page said they would ship out in 7-13 days, so they've got all the time in the world to cancel all the orders.

This sounds plausible from Amazon.com (U.S.) with Prime shipping, but not when ordering Intergalactically from Uranus.

argyle ordered it with priority shipping, we can use him as our Litmus test.

The problem is argyle's order was pretty late in the day. I'm thinking you would've had to be an EARLY order to get it in with expedited shipping...
