I managed to do that with my fb but after inputting the info the page took a lot to load again and i refreshed and then the limit error again. Hopefully i get it.

What they mean to say is that they were able to associate a code for $5 with your FB account, and once things cool down you can come back and go retrieve it.

I think once you actually get a code on the screen, there is an option to send it to yourself in an email.
