i picked up futurama and 24 for FREE ... I got the new amazon Cc and they give you 30 bucks credit as soon as i get the DVDS im going to call up and cancell the CC ... Well maybe not i might use it for xmas then cancell

Why to screw up your credit! The more credit cards you sign up for, the worse your credit tends to be....I believe even after you cancel it.

BTW, mine have still not shipped...says Oct21-25

im not worried about my credit score i just check it and its 845 and have around 15 cards out so dont know if its really true about having a lot of cards out hurts your score. Then again I only use 4 and pay them off every month i never carry a balance
 
Ok, 15 cards...wow, I'm surprised your score is THAT high.

Is there a FREE place to check your credit score without having to sign up for anything?
 
I just got the email which said that my 24 box set will be delayed. I will, in theory, get it at the same time as trustcompany.

If you shop at Amazon a lot you might want to keep it. You can build up points and redeem them for store credit at Amazon.

Ack! My order just got delayed. Now it won't come until Nov. 3-9. Funny thing is that I ordered before my friend at work (since I sent him 10% discount) and his already shipped. I don't know what's up with that but I might send a complaint to get a discount or something.
 
I ordered on Oct 12th, and I finally got my dvds today. I got 24 and Buffy season 1, and my boxes were fine. I know some people said their 24 box set was damaged, but I lucked out. Anyways thanks again CAG.
 
I SHOULD get mine today according to order tracking.

I think I may EBAY 24 since I'm having second thoughts about it now. But I will keep my other 3

Don't do it. I had never seen 24 before I ordered this, and now I can't stop watching. That show is addicting, and for $15, you'd be a fool to get rid of it.
 
I bought 2 copies of 24, one for a friend who's in Iraq. I think I'll eBay that one though cause he'll never watch any tv show twice unless it's The Shield.
 
got mine Tuesday sadly one end of the Boxes was crushed and looks like the box was retaped (the shipping box not the dvds) cases look fine i just hope they play got them for xmas gifts

Already done.....I never really got into it that much. I thought I would, but then I had second thoughts...realized it would be easier to EBAY than to return to AMAZON

It's a shame. I never seen 24 and purchased it on a whim from a friend's recommendation. It is a very good show. I've sat down and watched one full disc two days ago and two discs yesterday. Maybe next time then.
 
We got a box from Amazon yesterday. I didn't order anything so I asked my wife what was in the box. She opened it and pulled out While You Were Sleeping and said she has been wanting that movie for a long time. Then she pulled out another item and said "Oh yeah, this is for you. I heard you mention the deal you saw on CAG". She was nice enough to order me the 1st season of 24. Yay!

When I got mine, my 24 was fine, but KotH was kind of squished. Not enough to really make a difference, it's not really noticiable...
 
Finally got my 24. I complained about the delay since the friend a shared the 10% off with got his shipped first they upgraded my shipping to 2 day and bump up my delivery date. I got them today in pristine condition. Especially 24. The 2 day shipping has great packaging the DVD was shrink wrapped very securely. No damage in the shipping at all. Thanks, CAG.
