One thing bugging me about this thread is how those who missed out on the deals are practically PRAYING that it gets cancelled, to screw over those who did get in before everything vanished. That, to me, is just as bad as hoarding -- if not moreso because it's blatantly malicious.

Where's the sense of community that I love so much about CAG? Can't we all just get along?

That's happened with a few of these deals.. it disgusts me too.

I wish I could though - it does seem like you have to be monitoring the site 24/7 to get in on the really good deals, and I just can't. Bummer. I woulda shelled out for that GBA SP yesterday or all of those Overstock games today. Ah well.

But hell, congrats to those of you who scored. I'd be gloating too.

The way I feel about it is....The more cool people get better deals the better...I want everyone to get in on the deals....God knows I have...If I told you what has been going on with the deals I have been getting because of some info I got on this site, some of you would be VERY mad at me. Some would be like "Hell yes" and some would be so Jealous....I already had alot to begin with since I was collecting games since Colecovision came out and I have an almost complete Neo Geo cart system collection (HUGE)...So finding this site is just the icing on the cake for getting $5 games at CC. I feel like "Share the wealth" or "the more the merrier"....That's what this site is all about isn't it?

Hey, I just got a shipping confirmation email for one of my orders... I had two separate orders: one for "Arc the Lad" and one for the X-Men 2 DVD, and the email I got was stating that the order with the X-Men 2 DVD had shipped... Still hoping Arc the Lad goes through!

Anyone else receive any shipping confirmation emails?
 
I'm not hoping that the orders get cancelled, and if I implied that (or even said it, it was really early this morning), then I'm sorry, that's not what I meant. More power to the guys that got in on and (hopefully) get their orders.

As for "whining," it's not being pissed about not getting in on the sale, it's the fact that assholes KEEP me from being able to share in it. If you have to go in and buy a lot of the same game for your own personal gain, then you suck and there's no getting around that.

There's a massive difference between those two, and if you can't read that, then you need content mastery courses immediately.

Oh ... hmmm ... I learn somethin' new everyday I guess. My older brother loved POTP in high school, and would listen to the soundtrack every freakin' day. I recognized the mask from the album cover (yes, ALBUM).

Never actually seen the movie, only heard the songs, perhaps I should give it a rental.
