i am 0/4 myself. but with such a small prize selection to choose from it seems like they are wising up to the game in addition to making one of the biggest blunders ever by putting them on the cans.

oh well its not my dime. lol
 
0/5 for me. This whole thing just seems like I'm never going to win. It's a pre-rendered video that basically says "Try Again" afterwards.

I understand that the odds of me winning an HDTV is slim-to-none, but at least make the video seem like I have a shot in hell - like a slot machine or something.

the HDTV they are giving away is solid, too. it's a samsung. that and the 360 are a pretty good prize combination.

I believe they limit you to (3) AMP codes per day.
I do not know if there is a limit to the Mt Dew codes.

As to the prizes, @ SD there have been 10-15 Shoe (new & old) and possibly 1 Racing Winner. Someone also posted that someone on another board won one of the New School Gaming Systems (Xbox 360). The shoes have the most prizes (3,000 something). So they would be the easiest to win.
 
0-7 for me, too, entries split between the arcade machine and the 360. I suppose I really should focus my entries on just one thing.

EDIT: Signed up my wife's yahoo account, so now I'm 0-13.

That's gross and will probably ruin the tv. I'm 0-28 so far. If you change some of the letters and numbers in the address bar (after you lose) other screens come up. So maybe if you work at it really hard you'll find the winning combination

Change the MC, to a MS. I've done it, and it shows the winning video, but you don't actually win anything by doing that.
 
BTW, I am like 0-50 going for the shoes on just about all tries. Need a new pair, so hopefully I'll eventually win one.
 
lol...I signed up all realy at the start to try to win...and then it screens me out when I click on the gaming package screen saying that Im not old enough to enter! Yahoo has stepped up its security!

You can enter as many of the Mt Dew codes as you want per day - up to 500 codes per account.

how does the whole shoe-winning process work? do they ask you your size or whatever? anyone got a link to whoever won the racing stuff?

they send you an email confirmation with a link and a code

you go in there online shop and buy the shoes with the code
 
so DK's post is all AMP codes, where is the list for the dew bottle codes????? I've got the day off and time to blow on this thing

I even went to slickdeals and read through 12 pages with no luck on info
 
theres no list of dew bottle codes, you buy mountain dew yourself and get codes.

the list on page 4 are the AMP codes. you can use 3 of those per day.
 
some people work at places where a lot of bottle caps get thrown away, so they go out and collect them all.

they usually stockpile them so they can type them all in at once instead of having to do it everytime they get a code.
 
For the shoe ones, does it play a different video? I could use some new shoes so I'm gonna go for those before even trying the xbox... Though at only 6 tries a day, I probably will end the contest empty handed.

Hint: make multiple accounts. Dont get caught. ;)

The videos are the same except at the end, the guy's shoes tell you that you've won. You can also tell if you won if you look at the URL of the video page and theres an "MS" instead of the "MC" you get if you lose.
